Mining Turtles
	Lay down long strip of transport pipe.
	Have turtle place filter, timer, and chest (OR ONLY A RELAY?)appropriately then begin mining.
	Once finished, have turtle send "Mining Boss Computer" a message that it has finished.
	Have computer track progress.
	Once all turtles have finished, have Boss send "relocate" command to turtles, beginning with turtle 		farthest from it.
	Have closest turtle pick up computer as well as gear.
	Have turtles go to new position and place computer and wait for new command.
	Set to loop for X iterations.
