- • 2 bags Shirataki noodles (Tofu or Miracle Noodle Spaghetti style, about 448 g total)
- • 8 oz (224 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- • 1 tsp garlic, minced
- • 1 tsp ginger paste (or 1/2 tsp powdered ginger)
- Sauce:
- • 45 g low-sodium soy sauce (3 tbsp)
- • 15 g chili garlic sauce (1 tbsp, adjust for heat)
- • 10 g white rice vinegar (2 tsp)
- • 35 g water (about 2 tbsp)

- • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snow peas, or carrots)

- 🔥 Instructions
- 1. Prepare noodles:
- Drain and rinse Shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water for 1–2 minutes.
- Place them in a hot dry pan for 3–4 minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside.
