- She wears a nearly form fitting black combat uniform, her black hair semi-spiky hair goes just below her shoulders; in the darkness of this room her piercing blue eyes illuminate with an internal power. At the end of this dark hallway a board room beyond wide red doors, within are four individuals, a Chinese man with short hair and wearing an ornate black robe with green dragons on it, a European woman with her ebony hair in a pony tail and wearing a black business suit, a woman in a grey business suit but with inhuman grey eel like skin and silvery eyes and hair, and last a woman made of black tar whose toxic slime form is taking on the appearance of one in a Victorian dress with the only difference between cloth and skin being one of rough to oil smooth texture.
- "Well, well, well," says Rhudra, "Here I was starting to think I was on the wrong Earth."
- "Might as well be," says the woman in the black business suit with a sneer, "after what the Architects of Hell and Magic did to our world."
- "My apologies princess," says the Chinese man, "but Spear is right, you will not find your vampires here. Shortly after Empress Rhulan and her sisters descended upon Midgardia in all their higher form glories and split apart the time line; it was chaos for those of us who remembered; even if said memory was slow to return thanks to Empress Rhulan's spells to try and ease the transition for us. Nazara was quick to round up her allies and the most powerful vampires she could find and go to another Earth leaving behind only a fragment of such powers here that refused to follow her. She took the higher ups of the Paranormal Control Agency with her as well; along with a number of the devices you are seeking; the Inferverse Cubes."
- "Hold up," says Rhudra, "I did not say anything about the Inferverse Cubes yet; how do you know those are what I am seeking?"
- The man, who is in truth Lord Xiang turns to the remnants of the Council of Darkness; the toxic slime overlord Hydera Dredge, the arachne in human form Spear, and the eldritch woman Echidaria, "Why, Queen Holly Lia already contacted us your highness, she and Rhulan are rounding up the devices."
- "All the better," says Echidaria, "those devices are a nuesance, how the Ju-el could be so careless as to just dump such dangerous Goddess Tech on this planet. Its no wander all seven of the Architects of Magic descended upon this planet; or that things as ludicrous as kaiju would manifest here; that this world's reality was so unstable that they'd gather together like that."
- "Hmmm," says Rhudra, "So Hollia and Rhulan are after the Inferverse cubes? Curious. Well, I am not with them on this."
- She manifests a mystical viewing window showing a world with mega cities behind walls, "This is the world Nazara currently resides on; this Earth is now under the rule of powerful vampires and humans live peaceful lives under their strict control. An experiment; as you may imagine time for you and these other worlds is not exactly in synch. Nazara left years ago here, but has lived millenia there. I even had a child there and a grand child on the way. Yet again, that world was an experiment. I seek to bring humanity under my rule, uplift them to a functional power in the multiverse. The seeds of an empire from one world to another, to one day rise and unite as one. An empire to challenge even the Ju-el; to show them the true potential locked away inside the human soul."
- The three inhuman beings exchange glances and Lord Xiang much to Rhudra's slight annoyance actually smirks, "My apologies," he says, "It is just a flash back; your mother; that is Empress Rhulan, once gave a similar speach when she created her army to unite all of Aesperia. I was one of her generals and came to rule a sizable nation myself for that endeavor. To be honest; while I wouldn't go so far as to claim to challenge some ludicrously massive outer space empires like the Ju-el, it may be prudent as you say to unite this world. However I do have to ask; have you seen the news?"
- "News?" asks Rhudra, "what has Rhulan made her apperance as unsubtle as usual?"
- "Well no," says Lord Xiang, "however this Earth is currently being invaded by two alien armies, the Neo-Insectoids lead by some blue shelled Stinger calling herself Empress Blue Stinger; and your half sister the Flower of the Abyss...which the locals here knew as the Doll Collector is now going by the name Queen of Puppets and attacking...seemingly at random...various places with her army of living dolls; ontop of that some super heroes have shown up from some other worlds to fight them; including a local one called Slayer-X; so far two others going by the names ExZelia, and Galaxy Girl; whose debut announced being the forerunner of a team of heroes."
- "I, see," says Rhudra, "tell me, I heard there was an Overlord Tournament here, yet it was aborted and its events somehow erased. Do you know what caused that?"
- "No," says Lord Xiang, "we were preparing to contact and strike a deal with some of the participants in fact; yet out of no where there was a flash of magic, emanating from New York city, that threw them off the planet and fixed everything damaged. Almost everyone; the official word was Sahralia was the only one that wasn't thrown off the planet and took control of this world's Hell. However she has stated she was not the source of the blast. Something locally did that."
- "I see," says Rhudra," an unknown threat then, and some complications. Anywho; it looks then that this world needs my help anyway. If you take my side and find any remaining Inferverse cubes contact me Xiang."
- "Hold up," says Spear, "we havn't agreed to anything, Xiang does not run this council. He may have loyalties to your house daughter of chaos; but we do not. Further it is clear that you are not taking action for your house anyway; but your own imperial ambitions. What do we have to benefit if we take your side against one seventh of the power that decimated time and space for Midgardia?"
- "Rhulan is asleep," says Rhudra, "her conciousness chasing after the reincarnation of the summoner she was bound to on Midgardia who has returned to some planet called Mededaria, full of summoners and spirits. She is busy playing pet. If Rhulan shows up on this planet it will just be a dream projection, limited time, limited power, limited focus. As for your super heroes, I know ExZelia, she has shown up on three planets trying to save them; she failed to stop Blue Stinger's invasion of one Earth; failed to stop an Aethera'ion playing world conquering villain on another. She even tried to liberate a vampire controlled world I set up; but she didn't have the stomach for it. She is a kid playing superhero. I'll deal with her. Blue Stinger is just a Stinger with some immortal genes thrown in who uses robots before throwing her own hive into harm's way. I have handled her before as well. And do I really need to explain why Queen of Puppets isn't a problem for taking control of the shadows behind the world governments and pushing this world piece by piece into one where we dominate it openly? She has no patience. Its a game to her. I fought beside her just recently on Mededaria; she left your Overlord Tournament because she got bored of it. She just wants to play with her dolls; the second she's not having fun anymore; has to use strategy or build infrastructure; or anything beyond randomly attacking place and controlling them and getting more dolls for her collection; she'll lose interest and move on to play something else."
- "That is all well and good," says Hydera Dredge, "I have no objections to your plan to re-establish our previous power from Midgardia; and looking forward to controlling an altered future post apocalyptic Earth; however while all you say is likely true; we know you are a powerful being in your own right; I think we should reserve our decision till you actually deal with these threats as you say. Super heroes are an instability we can hardly afford both from their power and their influence on the minds and morals of the general public. I notice you did not mention this Galaxy Girl or her team; or Queen Holly Lia."
- "Heh," says Rhudra, "very well, I will shoo the little kids playing pretend off this planet; deal with this cape wearing cliche; and as for Hollia..."
- Rhudra pauses, "I don't know why she'd want Inferverse cubes...she never cared much for playing in the Inferverse herself....shit. She could be stashing them back on Aesperia..."
- Rhudra stiffles a laugh, "Well; if she is stashing them in Stratalia; maybe she intends to sell them on the Light Elf gamer market; they are game consoles to beings such as us...well that just makes things simpler. I will look into it."
- Before Rhudra departs, "although I would prefer not to have to buy a bunch of Inferverse Cubes; but keep that in mind Council of Darkness; even if you can't find them; I can always buy a bunch and bring them back here to innact my plan; to give each and everyone of you an army of monsters at your command to rule this world with. The Overlord class of mystic monsters are sentient and capable of delegating commands after all; I mean you've me Nazara; she is also a mystic monster and she was on your council and capable of influencing so many other vampires and humans under her command that weren't mystic monsters."
- With that Rhudra departs to let them stew over their decisions.

- -a few days later-
- It is like something out of a comic book, an army of wooden dolls dressed like ninjas are trying to swarm onto a nuclear power plant while three women are fighting them back. Galaxy Girl is straifing a line of "Scraps" as they are called on the western fence line using her Solar Fire breath, meanwhile Slayer-X is fighting off a number on the a number of them on the eastern fence line using rapid punches, kicks, and plasma bolts to shatter and burn the seemingly endless army of wooden dolls. Meanwhile at the northern fence line ExZelia brings her fists together summoning a red sigil between them, leaps into the air as fire spins around her from the sigil as she shouts, "Elementra Fire!" and then flies there in mid-air with an aura of flames and throws down barrages of fire balls, and the occassional "Fire Rocket!" that flies further, faster, with a greater explosion to try and take out a larger set of enemies.
- "They just don't stop," reports Slayer-X, "we have to cut off the source,"
- That being the three large swirling portals they are pouring out of, however a fourth has just appeared on the south side.
- "We have a situation," reports Galaxy Girl over the coms she had given them when she met up with them the day before to propose a team up, "another portal, south side."
- However just as that portal appears a series of massive bolts of lightning come crashing down hitting each portal dead center and closing them.
- "What was that?" asks Galaxy Girl.
- "North side now," says ExZelia, "our situation just got worse."
- Rhudra slowly floats down from the sky, "Ah, little one. Still playing super hero are we?"
- "I'm not playing," says ExZelia, "I am going to save this world from Blue Stinger and the Queen of Puppets."
- Slayer-X and Galaxy Girl join ExZelia at the north gate, from inside the humans watch the incredible scene even as military air craft begin to caustiously gather given it is a nuclear power plant.
- "Really," says Rhudra, "it looked to me like you couldn't even handle Flower's little Scrap dolls. Let's see you've at least gotten a team this time, but all I see hmm, the blonde cutie must be Slayer-X; and the one giving off a rather obvious aura as to what she really is must be Galaxy Girl; and I have to say; if you arn't being serious Galaxy Girl, I'll force you to be. Unlike our Doll Collecting player I take these contests seriously. I won't grow bored and go play somewhere else, and I am not some cliche alien invader like Blue Stinger. I am Rhudra, goddess of lightning; I have made the skies rain with the blood of angels, and crushed the skulls of ancient dragons with my bare hands."
- She points dramatically at Galaxy Girl, "If you harm ExZelia you will know my wrath, pretender!"
- "Harm...you?" asks Galaxy Girl
- "We're sisters," says ExZelia, "Rhudra practically helped raise me, one of my mothers was always busy with politics, and the other was always bed ridden and would only ever be awake for moments at a time where I could visit her...but I saw..."
- ExZelia points up at Rhudra, "I saw what you did to that planet Rhudra! I won't let you toy with human lives like this!"
- "I am not toying little one." says Rhudra coldly, "I offered you a chance to help me. You said you wanted to travel like our parents' do, see the multiverse. Help others."
- "Yes, Help them!" shouts ExZelia, "not enslave them!"
- "This again," says Rhudra, "its not slavery...its...ya'know what...go home okay. You are just going to get hurt out here. You clearly need more experience. Join the adventurer's guild, explore our own world first and THEN if you want come out here and fight these people. Because I can assure you little one these humans are going to turn on you. You think they'll be grateful but they're listening this conversation. Hell you are openly telling these people you just me we're related. What else have you told them? Being honest with humans isn't always the best idea. If you hadn't run off..."
- "Run off!" shouts ExZelia, "you were eating someone!"
- *Sigh*, "I was in a vampire form, I was turning them into a Shadow Vampire...or Crystal Vampire, I had a few appointments that day; not sure which one you...right...nevermind. Listen if your mother finds out you ran off I'm going to have to hear about it. This is what...the fourth world...and the third war for that matter you have jumped into."
- "Whatever!" shouts ExZelia as she throws her arms out to her sides, a cyclone of blue and white sparkles shooting up around the three of them as she brings her arms together and shouts, "Oblivion Summance!" the cyclone of blue and white energy envelops them and they vanish, reappearing hundreds of miles away.
- "What did you do?" asks Galaxy Girl, "who was that? Did we just let her take that nuclear power plant."
- "She won't bother with taking over a power plant," says ExZelia, "she isn't like the Queen of Puppets or Blue Stinger...she's subtle, her minions worm their way into positions of power while she distracts their forces. You think she's trying to conquer everything single handedly, but she's just the distraction. Also there was no way I was going to let her kill you too..or enslave you as her own minions. She was definetly eying you both for it."
- "I have no data on this entity," says Slayer-X, "however she was the source of the lightning and defeated the entire force we were having trouble with in one blow.
- "That is true," says Galaxy Girl, "but don't worry I did promise the Galactic Guardians were coming. They will be arriving in a few days time, we just have to try and keep these alien forces back as best we can before then. My allies are powerful; and sorry ExZelia but they will most likely end up arresting your sister as well."
- "All three I imagine," says ExZelia.
- "What?" asks Galaxy Girl.
- "Blue Stinger, Queen of Puppets, and Rhudra," says ExZelia, "we're all sisters; half sisters, none of us have the same two parents but do have one parent in common so. They're family, but I can't let them just toy with the lives of mortals. Back home the people live in peace, and they arn't all immortal; they have their own governments, cultures. I don't know why my big sis makes this weird distinction between our people and proto...I...I mean other humans."
- "She did make a point," says Slayer-X, "there are certain forces on this Earth that may react negatively to this data; it may be best not to surrender this intel so immediatly when we make contact with the Paranormal Control Agency tomorrow."
