  1. ** "Idol" in this case is describing idol bands/idol band members, specifically of the fictional J-Pop (presumably) band Yume Q. I write this distinction because the word "idol" can be used as a term of reverence in areas outside stan culture, and if it's read that way the synopsis will seem odd.
  2.
  3. When 16 year-old Takami Suzuki finds a limited-edition signed idol photo in his school, he becomes excited at the prospect of bonding with a classmate over this shared interest. His mood only improves when he learns that the owner of said photograph is none other than his crush Misaki Hayakawa. However, Hayakawa doesn't want anyone to know about his love of idols, so he takes him back to his home hoping to blackmail Suzuki into keeping his secret. Since Suzuki is shameless in his interests, Hayakawa decides to dress him in idol clothing and take embarrassing pictures of him.
  4. However, Suzuki looks surprisingly good in a crop-top and a mini-skirt (or so-thinks Hayakawa), so Hayakawa can't help but lean in to plant a chaste kiss on Suzuki's lips. That flips a switch in Suzuki's mind, and he immediately pounces on Hayakawa, pinning him down and confessing to him. After the subsequent railing of Hayakawa's formerly-virgin anus, Suzuki prostrates himself on the floor in front of Hayakawa, pleading for forgiveness for his actions. Hayakawa then reveals that he was intending to save himself for an idol. Clearly, according to Hayakawa, the only logical next step is for Suzuki to become an idol. Thus begins the story of a shy otaku being thrust into the limelight, and his strong-willed producer on their quest for idol-dom!
