Physical Appearance: Black hair reaching down to the shoulder blades, often tied back into a pony tail; several grey hairs show through. Complexion is pale with sunken and dull blue eyes. having his arms and torso exposed would show, in addition to several scars from injuries ranging from bullet wounds to knife slashes, several "track marks" on the inside of his elbow. Frame is slender, but any muscle is toned and well-defined. Several surgical scars left over from sutures can be seen, most notably on his limbs and left temple.

Hobbies: Music (multi-disciplined, including harp, violin, piano, flute and several others), cooking (Tapas are a specialty), martial arts, shooting practice
Method of combat: Training under several instructors over the course of fifteen years, Philip has learned several martial arts, including Krav Maga, Gatka, Bushido, Fencing, Bartitsu, Boxing and Drunken Fist. As a result, he has taught himself how to implement all of these styles into a unique, seamless style all his own that emphasizes one of two 'schools' at his discretion; quick, powerful strikes to joints and pressure points with the goal of quickly ending a fight; or an evasive style centered around 'catching' an opponent's strike, followed by pulling them in and striking a sensitive spot (nerve clusters, face, joints, etc.). His training has also given him proficient training in using batons, swords and staves. His training with several former and touring military personell have given him a proficiency with a number of firearms, emphasizing a skilled use of revolvers, carbines, SMGs and Sniper Rifles.
Weapons of Choice: The "Indian Ratel"; a heavily modified AAC Honey Badger customized with a foregrip, hair trigger, 'PDW' lower receiver with built-in adjustable stock and 'X-10 Skeletonized' 50-round magazine, and an Irish blackthron cane with a concealed stiletto dagger hidden in the handle.
Apparel: Philip's wardrobe will change as the situation he finds himself in changes;
- In roles where he assumes his mantle as CO of Parthenon, he sports dark green fatigues and protective hand wear. His eyes are covered with what he calls his 'battle specs,' a set of his prescription eyewear affixed to the inside of a pair of shooter's goggles. His footwear is typically a pair of steel-toed combat boots treated to be moisture-resistant and slip-proof even under the worst of conditions.
- in situations where stealth and discretion is paramount, he wears what he refers to as his 'Incog' gear; the only part of this loadout that is consistent with his combat attire are the boots. His head is covered with a dark blue beanie enchanted with Resistance runes so as to resist enemy mental magicks, as well as amplify his own magicks. His eyewear will be his typical casual eyeglasses; a pair of slightly oversized, circular frames in silvered gun steel. His torso-wear consists of a white tank top under a blue thick cotton jacket lined with twenty layers of Darwin Barking Spider woven into protective padding over his stomach, chest and lower back. A royal blue Keffiyeh covers his neck to help hide his comms system for communicating with other Parthenon operatives. The outfit is rounded out with thin black cloth gloves and a pair of dark blue 'fire-hose' cotton cargo pants to offer some fire protection. In situations where he feels a firefight is inevitable, he'll carry two revolvers on him, holstered and secured at his stomach and under his left arm; a Chiappa Rhino 60-DS loaded with .38 Special, and a Taurus Raging Judge chambered in .454 Casull. To help minimize noise from the guns moving in their holsters, said holsters have been chanted with muting runes.
- For situations where Phil needs to make himself look presentable or when he's posing as a musician, he has a set formal attire that he prefers to wear that, while simple, still wows most folks he meets. An orange long-sleeve button-up with a striped tie of orange, pale goldenrod, brown and silver and a similarly-colored pocket square, a pair of brown slacks, black dress socks, a green ivy cap, and a pair of brown-green Oxfords.
