Dear SwimFin,

I love coming into #nin because I've made some pretty neat friends so far. Papagolash and guilty have, I believe, the wrong impression of me.  A permanent ban from the #nin chat is not the end of the world for me, but I do enjoy it. Why would I purposefully sabotage something that I respect and continually come back to daily now for about a month?

Please share any evidence you have of me personally spreading personal info of anyone? I never shared personal information, Papagolash and Mae's phone numbers were given to me and I did not post them or share them. I did not even know that the phone numbers belonged to, until after the fact. I apologized to Maestitia and I believe we have reconciled our differences. I made an apology to Papagolash, however it appears that is not enough, and I don't know what else I would be able to do.

I'd didn't purposefully bait Papagolash or any of the other mods.  I was frustrated when Papagolash posted my phone number on twitter, and in #nin chat, and didn't take it down in either case. I really don't understand this reason as I didn't premeditate the baiting of anyone, mod or otherwise.

I felt I was targeted unfairly by guilty, as she wasn't present and did not give me a warning, she just banned me. The warning came well after the ban. I'm not going to name names, but we were all equally at fault if you say that talking about hacking, even as a consensual joke between the three individuals, is breaking the rules.

I feel that a permanent ban is unfair. I have been harassed constantly all day by people that actually called me saying "fag" or "you're a fag" in my voice mail via Papagolash's spreading of my personal information on twitter & nin.com. I was harassed in #nin chat by other members, as well. I really feel that I deserve to have my side re-examined. Some of the mods in #nin chat are clearly exaggerating the truth and making me look like the bad guy.

It really feels to me that attentions from some poor mod decisions are being shifted so that I look like something I'm not. I do not troll people purposefully or intentionally, the nature of the prank calling incident was purely for entertainment purposes via stickam with some other #nin members. I was not going about maliciously or randomly to just anyone.  At the time that Papagolash's number came up I was completely unaware of who's it was, I did not dig up information about him or even attempt to purposefully target Papagolash.
