Here are my system specs.
AMD Ryzen 3 2600 at base clocks
MSI RX 480 8BG at base clocks
8 Gigs RAM
Asrock b450 steel legend
Samsung evo 850 240gb for windows and 1 TB generic HDD
I didnt have any problems with my system up until a week ago when I tried updating my BIOS on my last motherboard, an ASUS b450 TUF when the pc froze mid update resulting in a bricked mobo. Then I got the asrock steel legend and I though that would be the end of my issues. Immediately after installing the new mobo I noticed microstuttering in Overwatch and then I decided it would be a good idea to reinstall windows to avoid compatibility problems a new motherboard might have caused. This fixed the stuttering for a few days but yesterday the stuttering returned!
Since then I spent hours upon hours googling what might have caused this but without any solution. It doesnt happen only while playing overwatch since Jedi Fallen Order has taken the stuttering hit as well. Please internet wizards help me out here because I honestly have no idea what the heck I should do.
