Spider-Sona:

Superhero Name: The Stupendous Arachnoman

Powers: All of the same abilities as spiderman, has the camo abilities and venom blast abilities of miles morales and seems to have a hyper-enhanced spider-sense, in that he seems to naturally able to easily adapt to any opponent he fights through observation as well as the normal spider-senses. Uses his version of the toxin symbiote as a temporary power-up which hangs out in a backpack-like device attached to his suit. Has organic web-shooters rather than technological ones.

His symbiote has a mixture of his own spider-powers and Black Cat's powers.

Personality and other Bits: Very emotional, about average intelligence, kinda soft-spoken but loves cracking really bad puns and jokes (Even worse than peter parker's). Kinda innocent in a way and has a good and kind heart, his highs are his highest and his lows are his lowest kinda person. Can lose track of what he's working on easily due to ADHD kicking in.

Wants to be a journalist and looks up to J. Jonah Jameson as his hero.

Isn't any more intelligent than the average person but has an eye for noticing small things and a photographic memory.

May seem nice and kind but like peter, if someone he cares about is hurt or a villain goes after someone he cares about, he goes on an absolute vengeful warpath that has left many of his villains fearful of him.

Treats his symbiote like a good friend.

Weaknesses: Despite being a technopath, he's nowhere near as smart as someone like peter parker, is in fact of only slightly above average intelligence when it comes to technology, the technopath abilities only make up for that. Has no skill for biology so he can't make his own web. Due to his web being organic in nature he needs to eat a hell of a lot more than the average person to make up for the nutrients lost when he makes his webs.

When using the symbiote, normal symbiote weaknesses apply.

Can't use the symbiote for more than 10 or so minutes because having and using two powersets at once wears his body out.
