***Common & FAQ/Issues With the Game & Mods***

**Please note: We are not the developer's of the game.**

1. **Do Mods work with Pirated versions of the game?**
*Please @ one of our friendly Moderators, or Administration staff for special assistance.*

2. **The game just updated. Everything is gone!**
*Character mods will be reset as the game Path ID's change with every game update. For mods that are installed using UMM,
you will need to open Unity Mod Manager, and click the big install button. Mods should be back to normal. Character mods will
need to be re-installed using Unity Asset Bundle Extractor.*

3. **I installed the Shred Menu, but the F8 menu doesn't come up!**
*The Shred Menu was affected by a game update and works for some. If you have any other installed mods, you can look in the
#help  channel Pinned Messages and a screenshot of the menu along with the hotkeys associated to the mods will be located there.*

4. **After this game update, my skater is glitching out!**
*We understand the recent game update(0.5) has affected some mods. These include, but not limited to:
Disable Push Reduction
Dynamic Camera
Auto Slowmo
Fixed Slowmo
Custom Pop Force (Some have been able to use with no issue)
Custom Push Speed
Custom Grind/Manual Pop Force
Object Spawner (Broken 2 updates ago)
Realistic Vert
Respawn Near Bail (Broken 3 updates ago)

To successfully remove a mod open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skater XL\Mods'
Delete the folder associated with the mod you want to delete and delete it from your '\UnityModManager\Skater XL' folder.*

5. **I installed Hondune's Map Importer, but it doesn't nothing work!**
*Hondune's Map Importer is no longer needed since the arrival of the built in map importer and you should uninstall it.
You put the maps in the same folder as before, your '\Documents\SkaterXL\Maps' folder. If those folders does not exist, create them.*

6. **I installed the Stats Menu, but when I load into game, I can't do any tricks!**
*You need to opt into the public beta for it to work. You do that by
Right clicking SkaterXL in your Steam Library, Press Properties, Go to BETA tab, and selecting 'beta - public beta builds' *

7. **Yo where's there level0 map at? I want to skate MaTSix's parks!**
*The level0(Modded courthouse map) has not been recommened or supported for quite some time since the arrival of the built in map importer.
If you've installed the level0 map, you will need to verify game files through steam.
If you do not know how to verify game files, please ask in the #help channel and a community member, or member of the staff will assist you.*

8. **I'm not able to press the big Install button in Unity Mod Manager!**
*To effectively use the UMM, you must take the folder out of the .zip file, and drag it to your desktop.
From there, open the folder, which should now be located on your dekstop, and double click UnityModManager.exe.
Select the Skater XL game from the drop down box, then below that in the next small box, select the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skater XL folder.
Press the big install button near the top.*
