- Backgrounds: This is essentially a 'class' system, in the sense that each background will provide and set you up with different bonuses and abilities that you may gain over the course of the role-play. Keep in mind these classes are more used as helpful stepping stones to allow you to help play a certain type of character. You are by no means, beholden to your class, and you're completely free to attempt learning other abilities or skills through the role-play.
