**Project Expectations:**

    Seamus: Solidify understanding of constructor functions and objects. Start to understand local storage.

    Jim: Keep improving on overall knowledge building and learning more.


**Goals and expectations:**

    Seamus: Reach the extension section.

    Jim: I want to reach the extensions and hide easter eggs in the project.


**Team strengths:**

    Seamus: Empathy, Adaptability, Strategic, Relator, Connectedness.
    Strong work ethic, good sense of humor.

    Jim: Relator, Harmony, Adapabiltiy, Includer, Activator.
    Did 2 modules at Turing and have a good feel about how projects work, very comfortable with GitHub workflow.


**How to overcome obstacles:**

    Direct communication, open, honest, kind, specific, and actionable.

**Schedule Expectations:**

    Seamus: Pretty open, no code -> Saturday 8am - 11am && 8pm - 12am.

    Jim: Unavailable Saturday 11:30am - 2:30pm and Sunday 5pm-8pm.

    Update - 2/11 : Week workload (Don't forget media query breakpoint)
    Monday - Handle yo shit- finish your Static comp or other loose ends.
    Tuesday - Work time dedicated to project work then after project work.
    Wednesday - After class tie up loose ends on project.
    Thursday - Work on Static Comp 2 - Revist DTR after Evals.


**Communication Expectations:**

    Primarily in person and on Slack. Numbers have been exchanged to call and text if neccessary.


**Abilities Expectations:**

    Seamus: confident in HTML /CSS.

    Jim: Strong GitHub, confident in jQuery / vanilla JS, HTML, CSS.


**Workload Expectations:**

    For this project we are trying to do 100% of it together to get the most learning benefit from it.
    Because of this we will primarily be doing a 'Driver/ Navigator' style of pairing.


**Workflow Expectations:**

    Whiteboard before project start to have a clear purpose and direction.
    Use Waffle to track our project progress.
    Clean gitworkflow, no pushing your own branches to master.


**Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:**

    Direct communication, open, honest, kind, specific, and actionable.


**Agenda to discuss project launch:**

    DTR on Thursday, soft discussion about project launch.
    Kick-off project Friday - Whiteboard, talk about GitHub workflow, wireframe.
