Heavier. Heavier. Just like that. As they are getting heavier, you realise how good it feels. You don't want to move them anymore, simply because you don't need them right now.

Your feet will stay that heavy, and so will your legs, and they become more and more relaxed and heavy as you shift focus to them. All those steps you’ve taken has made their mark. They can take a well earned rest, and as you decide to let them do just that, they become even heavier and heavier, and sinks deeper, dragging you down into sweet relaxation. Make the decision to let go, and your legs will drift away.

  22. Let's go for your arms now. As you focus on your arms, feel how they sink down into the bed, and even sink a few centimeters down in it. Why would you even want to lift them? It feels so good to feel how they sink deeper down, making your body completely relaxed. Your arms feel so, so good as you feel how they become tranquil and peaceful. Your hands might tingle a little along with your arms, but that’s just sign that they’re getting so relaxed that they fall asleep. Just use your dim mind and decide to let go of the last resistance in your arms and hands, and drift away.

  24. Your belly, torso and shoulders are relaxed, but still a little bit tense. Let me take care of that. Just relax, and focus on your shoulders. As they grow more and more relax, the rest of your body also grow more relaxed and heavy. It feels so good. As you breathe out, feel any resistance to your relaxation leave your body, and vanish into thin air. It feels so good to become completely peaceful and relaxed. As you breathe out, just let go of your control and leave it to me. It feels so good to follow my voice, and so easy. So easy. You don’t need to do anything, it just happens if you keep listening to my voice and let your subconscious take care of the rest.
