yanmei is not scared to shoot fire, she knows her power. she’s always up for a little argument, knowing it’ll be her win for sure.

  ✧ loyal ; “anytime.”
even though yanmei may seem like cold person who has no feelings, she loves the people that are close to her. she’d do anything for her family & friends.

  ✧ pessimistic ; “no worries, the earth will die because of global warming anyways.”
not everyone can be the over positive disney princess trying to look for their prince. yanmei doesn’t really care about anything, she’s just tried of thinking too much.

  ✧ confident ; “don’t hate me because i’m beautiful. hate me because your boyfriend thinks so.”
usually yanmei would be quiet, cold girl glaring at you with her judging gaze, but at times she gets so confident about herself. she’ll be up for any competition.

closed is another word to describe yanmei well. she doesn’t let other people know too much - it could destroy her later.

B A C K G R O U N D ―
yanmei was born in hong kong, china. her whole family has always lived there - until now. yanmei’s mom is korean who has been living in china, but she got job from korea so that’s where they moved back to.
seoul as a city feels kinda unfamiliar to yanmei, even though the girl has been living there for 5 years already. her korean skills are not the best yet, it can clearly be noticed when she talks. i’d love to say ‘she tries her best’, but let’s be real - it’s yanmei.
  the family of wu’s is not the closest with each other, but they spend as much time together as possible. yanmei loves specially her mom a LOT, she’d do anything for her.
  mei is the only child, which is the reason for her being a little closed. she never had anyone to play with when she was younger - life was lonely. her parents are always so busy, which makes yanmei kind of annoyed too. she’s used to it, though.
  school life was never the easiest for yanmei- she moved from different country, and the language was a huge problem at first. she didn’t get friends at first, but now she gets along with.. some people? not many, but some.
