CASINO DISCLAIMER

The server and the casino staff assume no responsibility for any bucks that are lost or gained in the casino.  Under no circumstance are global staff and/or roomauth obligated to intervene with the activities in the casino, unless global rules are broken, or unless an account was hacked and bucks were stolen.

By staying in the Casino, you as a user:
1) Forfeit the right to launch a complaint to staff about any losses in dice games to bad dice rolls
2) Forfeit the right to launch a complaint to staff about the source of your dice opponent's bucks
3) Will defend, hold the integrity and protect the server, casino and the staff involved, in case of any conflict with any user regarding bucks.
4) Agree that any statement or decision released by the server admins regarding any casino issue will be FINAL, and NOT up for debate.

By starting or joining a dice game, you as a user:
1) Accept the outcome of the dice game as final, and that there is nothing more than pure RNG in the rolls.
2) Accept that as soon as you start a dice game, or join a dice game
   a) that you forfeit ownership of any bucks submitted through the /startdice command, or by joining a pre-existing dice game
   b) that staff are not obligated to end any dice game that is going on, whether or not it is a mistake.
   c) that you are permanently committing to the decision of putting your bucks on the line as an investment that will be either
      i) entirely lost
      ii) returned two-fold
3) Accept that any bucks lost through will not, and cannot be recovered.
4) Accept that any game that has started, or created, will not, and cannot be reversed by staff.
5) Will hold staff blameless in any dealings regarding bucks and/or casino games.
6) Accept that any mistakes of bucks forfeited through startdice and/or joindice will be the responsibility of the user, and only the user.
7) Accept that staff will not be held accountable or responsible for the conduct of any user participating in the casino, be it, bucks given to any user by friends to gamble with, or any other immoral behaviour.

The server staff, will not be held responsible for any dealings in the casino, regardless of nature or regardless of who is involved.  Server (global) staff will only pledge that:
1) Dice games will be based entirely off RNG, that there will be no shady mechanisms to alter the result of any game.
2) Dice games will use the native javascript (nodejs) Math library and the function `Math.random()` to generate a random number between 0 and 1.  This number will undergo transformations to turn into a integer between 1 and 6, which will be the dice roll.
3) We the staff AND the server, will be involved, but not held responsible, in the case scamming happens between roomauth and users.
4) We the staff will do our best to uphold the integrity of dice games, and promise that we will not engage in any shady dealings and scam users of their bucks.
5) We will reveal the code of the dice games to staff on the main server, complete with untampered GitHub commit history, in case of any dispute regarding dice mechanics, as a method to prove our innocence.

By staying in the casino, and partaking in the games, you are automatically agreeing to all of the conditions mentioned above, as well as agreeing that staff will not be responsible to announce any changes to this document, and that the USER will be responsible to adhere to any known or unknown changes to this document.
