Update Hotfix:

Fixed an issue, where voice over and SFX sound was turned off, when installing the game.
Fixed an issue, where the pause icons above buildings are not shown after loading a savefile.
Fixed several crashes, which have been reported since update 10, related to building placements and upgrades.
Fixed an issue, where language setting "Auto" did not sync with the Steam language, This has caused the game to start in English for some localization (e.g. Chinese).
UI language selection now shows the name in its native language
