Rollout:
1. Switch on new ad count with regular top ad slot and monitor earnings (drop) (done)

Old earnings weekdays: 12-14 (low bound), 17-18 dollars (high bound)
New earnings weekdays: 13-15 (high bound) at 7k page views, 35k impressions

2. Switch select long read pages such as /generator, /challenge, /latestDev, /plandoMaker, /podcast, /seed_page and /ootr to volt player and monitor earnings. Tell MM about it (done)
3. Switch every other page to volt and compare to prior setup (download page etc. should maybe keep regular ads for load speed). If revenue declines during this, try keeping download_waiting and seed_waiting on regular ads, but switch index, download, legal still. If it doesn't recover, go to step 2
4. Consider putting video player not at the top, but in the under_page_title slot to give it more time to load (on the seed_page put it just above the patcher maybe)
5. On the wiki put it either at the top or below the first entire paragraph to give it more time to load
6. In MW put it at the top
