Q: What is Custom Starter %
A: Replacing one of the starters with something else then using that to beat the game, hense why im using an r4 for this run

Q: What else have you changed?
A: Fastest text everything else is the same, I will standardise the exp curve is Fast also https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_by_experience_type
I also added running shoes at the start and faster HP Bars

A: No just doing it for fun mainly and see how we go! But i do use https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/pokemonhere/moves/4 to decide what to do (replace pokemonhere with the custom starter eg https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/venusaur/moves/4)
