Thinking about something with Kiro

And I would never expect you to do the same for me-- I find it hard to believe anyone would do that for someone like me anyways.

If he and a certain other person ever got to the point of being honest about their feelings towards each other... hmmm

Well, firstly-- he says he would never sacrifice himself for them
And.. well, even I'm not completely certain about that but I think if he was confident he could make it out alive, he wouldn't mind suffering for someone else... but his priority is always himself (I think I brought this idea up before when I talked about the relation between sacrifice and heroism)
He, of course, wants to make people happy all the time but if he has to sacrifice something important to him to make that happen, even for a potential love interest or someone really close to his heart, he won't-- and it is one thing he hates about himself but could not have any other way

Secondly, he says he wouldn't stay with someone no matter what happens to them; through the good, but most importantly, the bad
I'm not certain of all the potential scenarios that this could imply..
But basically, he's not loyal to anyone: he will try to do good by others to the best of his ability but the second it becomes too much...

Which is one reason why he doesn't consider true friendship or love or any kind of deep connection to anyone to be an option for him, cuz he won't stick around for some things
That isn't to say that he'll abandon them the second things get a little rough; he can tolerate alot
There are just some things that he recognizes that only 'true friends' or 'true lovers' would do for each other, and he knows he would never be willing to do them... it's just not his style or rather... just not who he is

Thirdly... hmm
Ideally, he would like to always be honest but he's just as prone to lying as the next person
He doesn't like it, so he's struggled very hard to tell the truth most of the time
