FRR2 Charizard reroute

Major changes:
- Faster movement for Dragon Claw; can save a Max Repel
- Run 14-18 IV Speed w/ mansion candy, no pre-Koga candy, 2195 wild exp., bug evo on Lorelei/Bruno (not Silph), and these Speed EVs:
	> 18 IV: 1 Carbos and 2 wild EVs
	> 17 IV: 2 Carbos OR 1 Carbos and 6 wild EVs
	> 16 IV: 2 Carbos
	> 15 IV: 2 Carbos and 4 wild EVs
	> 14 IV: 2 Carbos and 8 wild EVs
- Get 3rd Calcium in Silph on the way to 10F (option to get Max Potion too)
- Get Charcoal early (sell Nugget in Cerulean, delay buying Supers, and re-enter Game Corner after $ from Rocket Hideout)
- Option to skip Cerulean Center and Potion for Rival 2 (take Moon center instead of Pewter; deposit + box heal if no Spearow but 5-6 Pokemon in party; may need to get Eevee later to make room for Abra)
- Do 5F before 4F in Celadon Mart
- Option to candy from 50-->53 for Giovanni and delay Fire Blast teach if you got 774 wild exp. from mansion/Sevii:
	> Worth it if you accidentally got 774 wild exp.
	> Likely not worth forcing the exp. unless you need EVs
	> Can do this without wild exp. if you didn't candy before Koga; not candying is generally worth it, especially if you have Mankey
	> Don't do this if you need to evolve bug on E4R2!
- Don't do anything different with early Pika except skip Power Plant (and grind for Voltorb + Ekans on Route 10 if you have a Great Ball and 21+ HP)
- Get Vermilion Max Ether instead of Max Elixer for E4R2; use it on Fire Blast
- Movement: In Dotted Hole, don't get on the bike until after you take the ladder following the Scientist's retreat
- Movement: If you have a spare Max Repel (almost always the case), use it on Rocket Warehouse Escape Rope menu, then bike back to Five Island
- Option to candy from 26-->29 for Misty and 32-->33 before Jigglypuff, then 44-->46 for Koga, then evolve 1 bug on Bruno and Blaine/Lorelei (depending on HP after mansion)
- OPTIONAL: If Repels will last and Clefairy will definitely go to your party, get Moon Stone in Mt. Moon to evolve Clefairy early and still have one for Nidorina
- OPTIONAL: Skip buying Antidote if no Weedle poison, then pick one up in Mt. Moon if you got Poison Gas from Grimer/Koffing
- OPTIONAL: Consider catching late Kakuna with most Nidoqueens (PS to weaken; can evolve on Lorelei or not at all)

TOTAL TIME SAVE: 38 seconds (32 + estimated 6 for more runnable Charmanders)
