Dennis Freeman wasn't born to be a hero; he spent his entire life working to become one. Dennis was born in 1946 after his father, an Army Ranger, returned from Europe. His mother was a nurse and freedom fighter who fought in the streets against 5th Column soldiers. Her knowledge of combat medicine she passed to her son, while his father drilled him in the art of gravity control. Although he never registered as a hero, he used his abilities to help others. When the Rikti invaded, however he was credited with saving the lives of a number of civilians. When the invasion was halted, he registered with the personnel at ELITE and elected to serve, mainly to be an example for his children and grandchildren.
