- Currently, due to Third Eye's low duration and limited use, Hissatsu: Seigan (even if it costs 10 less Kenki Gauge than Hissatsu: Shinten) will be the most underused Samurai ability. This is because of how Third Eye works, how long it lasts, and how Open Eyes is attained.
- As such, please consider removing Hissatsu: Seigan, or changing its effect (IE: more potency than Shinten, or add its own DoT), or allowing Third Eye to be a much longer duration. Other options include making it a trait that increases Shinten's potency while under the effect of Open Eyes (and consumes open eyes if Shinten is used), as Hissatsus are not affected by Kaiten.
