  1. Name:The Last Man Standing (name taken from a media report of a heist gone bad in just about every way possible, now the media refers to him as "The Last Man" in reference to the incident which left many civilians, villains, and heroes dead. He's not particularly fond of the name or the implication that the disaster was his fault (actually a product of a lying employer and inexperience on both the heroes and villians) but he does make use of the intimidation factor it's given him.
  2. Civilian Identities: Zacharius Stone, Gavin White, Lucian Irons, Jebediah McBride
  3. Secret Identity
  4. Age: 35
  5. Height 5 feet 5 inches.
  6. Weight: 180 Pounds
  7. Eyes: Brown
  8. Hair: Brown
  9. Group Affiliation: |REDACTED|
  10. Base of Operations: Stone's Salvage Solutions (Underground Lair: Last Bastion)
  11. Motivation: Revenge and Success: Early efforts to become a successful businessman by "Zacharius Stone" were hindered by some creative legal loopholes that stole a number of patents from him. The current market value of these patents is estimated to be several billion dollars. After a brief period of homelessness and a brush with alcoholism Mr. Stone crawled out of the gutter and founded an empire via means that some would deem illegal. As far as the public are concerned he's just a salvager that ekes out his living on a large compound, making certain volatile technologies are safely disposed of. The underworld knows him as a ferocious fighter (both physically and via well used legal means) as well as an inventor for hire and trustworthy, if expensive consult when it comes to high technology. Stone won't rest until all the people responsible for cheating him are punished, the law may have failed him but machines will do what they're programmed to.
  12. Complication: Power Loss: To be blunt Last has no powers of his own aside from his impressive cognitive facilities he's simply a normal (albeit very fit) human being. He cannot field his greatest technological asset (A Battle Suit 15 feet in height made from salvaged robot parts, a car, control systems taken from various sources, and a highly compact nuclear power plant) without a a vehicle to carry it. He uses a modified V-22 Osprey (which is not only more dependable than the one used by the US military but capable of using an extremely advanced cloaking technology) to airdrop it as well as to provide him with a quick entrance and exit to combat situations. Otherwise he makes use of salvaged exoskeletal armor system which while relatively simple is usually more than enough to deal with mundane threats.
  13. Personality: Professional, blunt, somewhat abrasive, vindictive.
  14. Costume: He wears what is effectively salvaged military gear and thus bears more resemblance to your average minion than a super villain. His devices tend to have a weathered look to them, his vaunted battlemachine has half the chassis of a automobile for a torso section, 2 arms and 2 legs taken from an old but servicable series of battle robots, and an opaque armored canopy for the pilot to sit in. His robots tend to have molded plastic covered their vitals and otherwise have exposed metal where possible. Any device that uses optical gear of some sort will have an optical configuration resembling insect and arachnid eye structures, preferably aligned in horizontal row.
