Lisa relapsed

Alexithymiaa: -Adam was standing outside in the back of his truck, reaching into the bed to grab a rolled up canvas tent and a stuffed backpack full of things. Dragging them out of the truck, he set them down at his feet on the ground, leaning over to grab for the cooler also.-
Covet: Eli pulled into the drive way and parked his rover, stepping out and closing the door behind him. He looked over at Adam and walked over to help him out. "Hey Man. Go camping?" He asked him, his tone seemed a little off, but he was clearly looking for a distraction.
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "Oh hey. Yeah, Hayley went home to see her parents so I figured I'd take the week to go explore here. It's really nice just north of here." He said with a small, catching Eli's tone. "How are you?"-
Covet: "Eh, I'm alright. Glad you enjoyed a small vacation. If I would have known you were getting away I might have asked to tag along." He said rubbing the back of his neck. "It would have been nice to get out of here for a while." He said helping him out with the cooler so he could grab the other things.
Alexithymiaa: -He reached back into the truck to grab the other bag, hauling it out and turning to look at Eli. "I didnt know you were looking to get away. Is everything okay?"-
Covet: "I thought so, but no, I wish it was." Eli said with a sigh. "My mom relapsed. She and her new roomate managed to get some wine into the facility." Eli said flatly, not really sure how else to say all that then to just say it.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam's shoulders slumped, stopping what he was doing to put his things down on the ground, staring at Eli with a sympathetic expression. "I'm so sorry Eli. That must be really difficult to face. Did you go see her?"-
Covet: Yeah, we were there this weekend. She felt bad about it...It's bad enough that Tae and Drew are apparently back together, then to have this come up. Just kind of feels like lost progress." Eli told him moving to the stairs to sit down.
Alexithymiaa: -He grabbed his backpack and the cooler, turning to follow him to take a seat on the stairs. "Yeah, I get what you mean. What did Professor Cohen have to say about it?" He asked, running his hand back over his hair.-
Covet: "He's disappointed. Pretty much spent the whole weekend looking defeated and just kind of out of it. He really wants her back." Eli said resting his elbows on his knees. "Everything has been put on hold for now. So I guess I'm kind of in the same state. It was nice of Bliss to put the wedding on hold until she'd be able to get out. But yeah... it's just... exhausting at this point.
Alexithymiaa: "Of course you're both disappointed. You have every right to be. And honestly I dont think it's unfair for you to tell her how disappointed you are. After all this time and all the progress she's made... you're entitled to that. Especially considering youre putting your future on hold for her recovery."-
Covet: "We both defnitely said as much to her, believe me. I feel terrible about it, but at the same time. That's exactly it. She acts like she's the only one that this is hard on. But really it's effecting everyone. And unless we show just how frustrated and upset, angry, disappointed, or what have you...she'll never make that realization on her own. It just doesn't feel good all around."
Alexithymiaa: "I think when you become a parent, from that point forward you should be putting your children before yourself. Even when you're not, you are. And as awful as it sounds, she's not being a very good mother right now..."-
Covet: Eli just shook his head. "No... she's not. That's what hurts the most right now, I guess." He sighed, "Sorry, I wasn't really trying to come over to vent like this... I was just looking for some sort of a distraction."
Alexithymiaa: -He reached his hand out to pat Eli on the back reassuringly. "You know I'm always here if you need to talk. And obviously you need to talk right now. Or be distracted. Whatever you need, I got it. Do you want to go inside and play some video games or something?"-
Covet: "Yeah that could be cool. At least for a little bit. I told Bliss that I was going out for a bit. She knows I'm here." Eli said standing up again so he could help Adam get his things into the house so they could go game.
Alexithymiaa: -He climbed to his feet and picked up his things, turning to follow Eli into the house. He was greeted at the door by Lady since he'd let her in first before he started unpacking the truck. "Hey girl. C'mon." He said as he started up the stairs. "What do you want to play?"-
Covet: "I'm game for whatever. I'll suck at pretty much everything that isn't a simple platformer." Eli said with a light chuckle. He bent down to give Lady a pat on the head. " Wow, pretty quiet around here during the summer isn't it."
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah. I feel like I'm the only one in the house right now. Tae is so busy all the time, Hayley is in Jersey, and Felix doesn't live here anymore." He dropped his things outside the door of his bedroom before heading into the common room. "FPS?"-
Covet: "Sure, that sounds good to me." Eli said sitting down on the couch. " Yeah I haven't seen much of Tae in a few weeks. I've been trying to keep in touch with her, but, I'm not gettting a whole lot back from her."
Alexithymiaa: "Honestly I think she's busy with Drew..." He trailed off, knowing it wasnt exactly what Eli wanted to hear. He crouched down in front of the xbox, turning it on and starting to go through the games on the shelf, selecting a good shooter game so they could kill each other. "I havent heard anything bad though."-
Covet: "I'm sure she is." Eli said flatly. "It's fine. She needs her distraction just as much as I need mine right now. I can't exactly judge." Eli said as Adam got the game set up. " I haven't either. That's the only thing keeping me from being too upset by any of it right now."
Alexithymiaa: "Well you know I've kept an eye on her for you. They had issues before, but I haven't seen much of anything. You know I'd tell you if I thought something was up." He turned to pass a controller to Eli, dropping down into a bean bag chair himself as the game started.-
Covet: "Yeah, Thank you. I appreciate that." Felix took the controller and looked at the screen as the system booted up. "So, how's thing been for you since Comic-Con? Everything golden and good with your moms too?" He asked trying to change the subject to anything else.
Alexithymiaa: "Everythings been pretty good, yeah. Just trying to keep my head down and work before class starts back up. And my moms want to come visit, too." He said, navigating the menu to start their game.-
Covet: "That's cool. What all are you going to do with them when they are here this time around?" Eli asked him, waiting patiently for the game to start.
Alexithymiaa: "Well last time they didnt get to come out for more than a couple days, so this time I think they want to stay a whole week. I definitely want to bring them by the shop so they can see it. And maybe y'all can join us for dinner one night?" He asked, hitting the ground running when they spawned.-
Covet: "Yeah, I'll happily come join you. we could grill or something like that?"Eli asked him.
Alexithymiaa: "We could definitely do that, but I'm also not looking to get too crazy. Gabe cooks for them pretty regularly and it's bad enough I compare myself to him. I don't want them to do it too. Simple foods are the best plan."-
Covet: "Sounds good to me. Something that is the least amount of complication sounds good." Eli said with a laugh then went about playing gmaes with Adam well into the early hours of the morning.
