Terpin Potatoes

*This recipe is a family secret so this is a very close version*

Frozen Hashbrowns
60g butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
235 ml sour cream
235 ml processed cheese spread (you can find it near the peanut butter and Vegemite)
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 Cups crushed cornflakes

Put hash browns in a greased 9"x13" baking dish
Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes
Spread over the hashbrowns and bake at 180C for 30-45 minutes
Melt butter and mix with cornflakes then sprinkle over the top.
Bake 15 more minutes

***You can top with crushed Funyuns and bacon bits as well***
