Rundown Church Heist, maybe?

Setting Up:
The broken church is littered with garbage and different types of trash. As with the Garage, TWM wants to take over it and convert it. Gather whatever lost information is in the church to remake it into something for everyone to use. Even feed homeless people that may be inside the old church. Kikazaru (Challot) with Mizaru and Minari will storm the old church and break it open to find any information that could be useful. While spending Kikazaru's money to reconstruct the area to be something nice.

Results:
A new church/shelter will be set up under the name of TWM such as the garage and this church. Spreading influence of these areas to increase money flow. Increasing a rise in popularity for those in the community who witnessed this feat. A gain in the information that could have been hidden in the run-down business.
