- 1. Catch only the first thing you see
- 2. If something faints, it's dead. Release it.
- 3. Your starter must not ever leave the party.
- 3a. If your starter dies, the run is over.
- 4. If you find a shiny, you must catch it and add it to the party right away. What it replaces it decided by RNG.
- 5. The run is over when you have beaten every legendary.
- Additional Rules
- 1. After you get the second badge, you must box a Luma every time you beat a gym.
- 2. After you get the fourth badge, if a Luma faints, RNG roll to kill another Luma too, including the ones in your boxes.
- 3. After you get the sixth badge, if you ever want to switch mid-battle, you need to roll a dice to see what you can switch into. You can end up rolling the same Luma that is already out, which means you can't switch that turn. This rule does not apply if something has just died.
- 4. After you get the eighth badge, you can't use more items in a battle than your opponent can.
- 5. After you beat the elite 4, you can't use a super effective move anymore.
