- [17:24] From the departure of her abode in Aphros, the Illuminated Kitsune of Jiuweihu traverses.
- Through the plains north of Aphros, to the west past Dal'thala and beyond. A rhythmic stride of passive hums, occupying her time around until she'll manage to reach the Silent Expanse to head north towards Final Frontier.
- A flicker of starlight energy encompasses her, coupled by the natures of a Kitsune's naturally attuned affinities. A shimmer of yellow-gold laced ether, as if twinkling stars fade in and out. Cackles of warm pyres so to accompany the celestial embrace all the same. A warm nature, soft in its passive illumination, and magnificent in its manifest.
- And yet - something else of her ambitions was expressed in that brief journey. A hunt.
- Her speech to that of Togoshi Totsuka was made public for all. A watchful eye of azure flickering between the foliage nearby, gazing upon the canopies of trees.
- Sunlight cast through openings. A tranquil setting before the crunch of volcanic lands laid by ashen soot and broken rock alike.
- It isn't until that glimpse settles to an unfamiliar man who'd been familiar all the same. A squint as the Kitsune halts in her march towards Frontier, gradually concealing away her presence of noise, though her existence there could be apparent if he'd been paying attention to the mage's powerful radiation of safeguarding essences brandished at her own disposal.
- Either way; her slow steps around eventually allow Hina to find herself nearby, just behind the Totsuka on an elevated cliff above his stature, casting her shadow below over him. Whether he acknowledged her beforehand was spectated, and regardless of her former lurking, she'll present herself.
- "It isn't every day that I can go on some kind of patrol to find just who I'm looking for." Confidence laced her words.
- (Hina Lam)
- [17:49] Togoshi was relaxing in the volcanic lands he found himself in taking in the mana all around him and watching the people pass by without a word from him, it was almost like he looking for a someone but knowing he wouldn't find them so he wasn't really on alert and was just enjoying himself in the moment.
- The message he got from the stranger in Aphros was on his mind, was he truly cut out to do what he was doing what was really keeping him from leaving Dawnstone, was it his honor, was it his duty to stay, or was it this corruption within him making him do all of this.
- All he really wanted was his brother by his side but while they were both on two different sides it was hard for the other to join the other one.
- Togoshi couldn't just up and leave Dawnstone, his own honor code he went by wouldn't allow him to do that, he was bounded by his duty to server his king Ludmaz no matter what side he was on weather it be good or bad he'd be by his side till the end of one of them.
- Suddenly a shadow was casted over him, this was strange as he believed that no one was around but the heavy mana around the air was making it hard to sense another's mana, A thought raced through his mind thinking it could be one of two things, he was either about to be crushed by a molten rock or someone was standing up on the cliff behind him, he was hoping for the latter.
- Luckily he wasn't going to die by molten rock crushing today as a voice of someone rang out, one he didn't know of but strangely enough they knew of him which mean one of two things as well, this was someone that wanted to be his friend or was the one who answered for his brother and surely it wasn't someone trying to be his friend.
- "Oh so your looking for me, well what can I say. you found me.
- So I'm guessing that your here on my brother behalf, here to try and get me to see that your way is way better then the pathI'm walking on, you know you should learn to not interfere with dragons business.
- But here you are, you know what I'll let you say what you have to say before I teach you that lesson.
- So go on and Speak you peace."
- Togoshi would honor them time to speak in this very moment weather they take it is on them.
- (Togoshi Totsuka)
- [18:04] "Speak my peace?" Confident and taunting, a rhetorical question made regarding Togoshi's words to throw right back at him.
- The Priestess shifts her person, leaning more weight on her left leg, and arms cross.
- "I think it'd more wise for you to hear me out rather than just attack me, hm?" A canted head is made to the second rhetorical inquiry.
- "But, no. I'm not here on your brother's behalf. Kosuke's been around in a way that he's also not - absent, likely working on his own ambitions in the meantime. I'm here on my own accord, for my own purpose" A deep breath is drawn in, and with each passing word to come, the exhales are made throughout.
- "He's safe with us in Aphros, and he's made his remark that he'll never join you and the Felborne, as my courier letter to you was written as."
- Passively, raw mana, untouched by ether magics and fire alike exude, accumulating solar energy from the pressing Sun above and absorbing it within her circuits to advance and invigorate the mana within.
- "Your family name is proud in that regard, you know. Delving into your own fates of destiny on these cruel lands of Meranthe." Just to ease into the conversation, a compliment was given, formed by truth in her words.
- Despite him being a threat - an enemy - she seeks to understand rather than blindly attack before anything else. By the position of her demeanor, Togoshi could perceive her as a relaxed being there on the edge of the cliffside.
- "Why is it that you serve a corrupt King? What about his desires and selfish needs drive your own ambitions? Why try to lure someone you claim to love to his hands instead of being with us, doing the right things in life, and supporting Kosuke throughout?"
- (Hina Lam)
- [18:28] The dragon saw that the stranger wasn't in a attack stance they was more relaxed then anything, Togoshi on the other hand was on guard as he was preparing himself for any underhanded tricks the woman would try, he wasn't going to allow another one to catch him and lose to another trick.
- "Why do I serve, I serve because I swore an oath to him, even before he turned to the Felborne and I will not break that oath that I have given to him for if I did I'd be losing the last bit of honor that I still have.
- The only reason I want Kosuke to join us is to protect him for I gave him a chance to chose even knowing that he wouldn't take it. It was all to give him a notice that Ludmaz wanted to mark him a traitor and what does he do to traitor you might ask.
- He kills them unless they are worth something to him and he has already told me if he doesn't join us to take Kosuke out..."
- Silence from Togoshi after saying that told it all, he truly didn't want any harm to fall upon his brother nor did he want to do it himself but his oath keep him from leaving Ludmaz for even saying that to him.
- "And now it is my duty to fight you here and now since we are enemy's, even if I'd rather walk away. I am honor bound to fight here.
- Forgive me."
- A blade of flames appeared in his hand as he took his stance to fight a battle here as there was no way for him to get around this, he must fight here....
- He doesn't want to but he must.
- (Togoshi Totsuka)
- [18:50] His explanation comes as the persisting aspiration of reeling in solar energy remains, pulsing throughout Hina's circuits in its warm radiance. The surges are comforting, keeping her at a tranquil demeanor, yet guarded all the same.
- This was an individual of Dawnstone that swore to its king: Ludmaz Dawnseeker. At the notions of Togoshi's narrative, a huffed out breath, laced with a hint of annoyance, is made in response.
- To lose that last bit of honor he'd have - the Kitsune shakes her head, denying that perhaps he was wrong in the way his words merged into the next sentence!
- The Lam's azure eyes squint.
- 'And now it is my duty to fight you here and now since we are enemies, even if I'd rather walk away. I am honor bound to fight here.'
- The own ignition of pyres ignites in response to his blade of flames forming in his grip. Her eyes scrutinize him, and a shimmer of blue mana reaches out with swift aim to permeate the Totsuka's circuits.
- Her stance is now nigh in guard, and her words are more hasty in speech.
- "You'll take an oath to a fallen King more serious than the honor of your own family?!" A pause, allowing the Totsuka to let those words settle in.
- "You'd rather serve a man that wants your little brother dead than protect Kosuke?! That's fucking backwards!" To her, it made no sense, and she'd not be shy about it.
- "You all have some really twisted ideals! Do you even know what it means to have honor?"
- The immersion of her mana reaches a magnified state, imposing her circuits to their fullest capacity of intake, yet - the detrimental ether of empyreal breaks the barriers of those limitations, racking her with a formidable illustration of cosmic energy beyond what any normal magi possessing could control. A power not yet mastered, but one that was invited in, accepted, and attuning her circuits to its extraordinary employment.
- Hina's person was littered with ether. It was protective in nature, shimmering in and out at a rapid pace and showering her with the Sun's vivacity.
- "Honor means to adhere to what is right in morals. It's integrity!"
- That powerful wave of pulsing mana shifts outward, pressing against his features. Painful to her little statured person, but in all manners, accompanied with the enormous power of starlight and flame? A tinge of true gold colored mana could be seen alongside those duo attunements.
- What was it, however? A nature formed of protection, prompted by Togoshi's words. Soothing in nature, but not yet solid in its harness for Hina.
- Its presence was rather new, born of the willpower to shield her friends and exorcise the devious, corruptive nature of their enemies.
- "What honesty do you even have if you say you'll protect him, but serve the King that wants him dead?! Some oath, right? You're no true family to Kosuke!"
- (Hina Lam)
- [19:02] {Lost Dangerous RPB against Togoshi Totsuka}
- [19:02] ** Togoshi Totsuka has inflicted an injury upon Hina Lam. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (2 days)") **
- [19:51] The words from Hina had cut deeply into the Dragon heart like a knife had just stabbed into it, but at the same time the darkness inside he told him that family never abandons one another and Kosuke did just that when he left him without a word, was he truly the one that was turning his back on his brother or was it the other way around... Was he the bad guy here or just another misunderstood being just playing the cards he was dealt.
- Either way a battle was taking place here as his sword of flames had clashed with her own cosmic energy, trading blows with one another as Togoshi battled another battle in his mind.
- Meteors struck the battlefield and Togoshi in an endless assault from Hina but the shadow aided him allowing him to dodge most of the heavy blow he would have took otherwise but not once did he ever use the shadows to strike a underhanded blow only to flicker through them at fast speeds for a quick slice of flames.
- The sounds of explosions could be heardfrom miles away as Togoshi kept fight but the battle within his mind was one that he was losing as the darkness kept pushing him to loosen his control over them, let the darkness within drive for a while.
- And finally Togoshi lost his grip of his mind letting the darkness take hold, his eyes starting glowing an emerald glow, his attacks had more power to them and his explosion was more impactful.
- The chance in his nature was noticeable as his strikes before this wasn't to cause damage but to knock out rather to hurt badly but now his strike was aiming to kill.
- As his assault of explosions continued sending Hina all over the place one after the other one was different as it brought an end to the assault on not meant to harm but to disorient her.
- "Run get out of here while I still have control."
- Togoshi had come to his sense and took hold of his mind for a little while to let Hina get out of there as the darkness within was looking for blood but the shadows had already latched onto to her through the flashbang Togoshi had made as something interred her mind.
- Togoshi was holding himself back but for how long that could be was unknown but it would give Hina the time she needed to get out of there before Togoshi mind would lose it's grip once more.
- (Togoshi Totsuka)
- [20:15] It had reminded her of Eranath - not one to partake in the narratives of questioning, or the challenge of ideals, but to fight for some unknown purpose.
- And here, Togoshi was no different to her. Senseless battle with no strive other than to depict one as an enemy of their estate.
- Was the goal of understanding one such as he considerably a lost cause? For what it was worth, under the tenants of Jiuweihu, the Kitsune had attempted to provoke Togoshi's thought processes and see the errors in his conceptions.
- However, in the heats of growing tension, each party indulges to clash.
- From where Hina stood atop that cliffside, scaling the edge when Togoshi goes forth to assault her with his blazing blade, a transformative ether, dissimilar to that of the empyreal prowess she possessed, takes form some, separate of flame and celeste.
- Each ability cast to inflict injury upon the emerald dragon of Dawnstone is prominent in nature as the Illuminated Kitsune's circuits are imposed with an immensely calamitous sensation of overload by the forced integration of solar energy, gifted to her by her star's invigorating vitality.
- Every touch of the Kitsune's prowess grows in the depths of power, hitting harder than the last, yet.. in the prolonged battle between the two, even when the gold tinged ether of attempted sacred magics emerges, born out of her safeguarded determination to graze her person and dissipate away any physical injuries defensively, the young woman finds herself against something pressing -
- It had been subtle, at first. No aim to harm, or to kill by the other she's facing, but the shift in his demeanor, the luminous green within his eyes, and ferocious clash striking harder against her person was easily discerned.
- Explosive magics cast on her attempted dash to Togoshi, detonating just before her, inflicting the Kitsune with disorient senses, and Hina finds herself with a vertigo of noise and blinded by the assault of his volatile capabilities.
- An illusory set of despairing images finds itself overtaking the darkness of her mind, replaying similar scripts that Eranath had once forced Hina to view. A mirage of those she loved and wanted to protect, slain without care or remorse, forced to watch while she'd been downed. Eyes form glassy, and trickling tears with hints of anger in her mien display, glaring towards the drakanite.
- "You aren't honorable - to follow in the footsteps of the void dragon, Togoshi! A true piece of shit - a fucking hypocrite!" Hina's words are hissed, and in the midst of her near blinded vision, she does her best to compose herself -
- 'Run. Get out of here while I still have control.'
- Those words cue her away, just before - "Get a grip yourself! Kosuke would be disappointed in what you've become!" -those final words are spoken, and with great determination and stride to sprint to Final Frontier in her present state, Hina could no longer be seen by him in the distance.
- (Hina Lam)
