Initially I was gonna keep this between me, fixious, socialpk and annaberries because without hirez getting involved there wasn't much that was going to change. Everything that needed to be said was said, and a big thank you to socialpk for his posts following my private messages to him I thought they were very constructive for what it's worth. Yesterday I tried to get our flag back from the Tartarus tree that hackers had put up there using an energy/speed hack, but I couldn't get it to work and it was generally a bad idea. However now that this is out in the open I might as well share the love with the rest of the "family".
I started playing this game August of 2012 and I've stayed mostly in the background playing on pubs and at night. Work and school kept me from ever getting involved with pugs and the competitive scene and that makes me a bit sad but it is what it is. It goes without saying I love this game, it offered me something no other fps did at the time and I've been playing ever since. I have also played long term in Quake 3 Arena, Halo CE, and some UT 2004 and I've seen how exploits can run rampant especially when admins are powerless to do anything. Which is why when I first saw the speed hack I knew I had to pry myself in their inner circle to get some info from them.

I'm seeing this shit is getting out of hand I'm actually very surprised they have been keeping this up for so long, they must be high school students or something to have so much time on their hands. I haven't been on in a while now my semester has been coming to an end with many exams and family troubles are ramping up. However for what it's worth I had been in contact with these kiddies a while back. https://puu.sh/sPpv5.png I don't know if it's the same people now or if the original people have spread it to new people. I'm assuming HiRez would have to get involved to really trace all this down
I'm not sure what their original tribes usernames are but I do have their emails. It all started beginning of October when I first saw the speed hack in Free Vehicle Server and I immediately pm-ed the dude and asked if he would tell me how he was speed hacking. I pretended to sympathize with his efforts and after a while he let me into his "hacking clan" and included me in their emails. Although it seems after October they stopped emailing me. He seemed pretty eager to recruit people to his trolling effort. I asked him why he was trolling so consistently every day and it seems he has some sort of vendetta against either the community or hirez and specifically said he wanted to see the game die and would hack, troll and recruit people to help him accomplish this.
Now I don't know if all this even helps if hirez is not willing to get involved. Originally it was four or three people, might be more now I'm not sure. I can email him and see what they have been up to and pretend to be in on it to try and pull information from him. Whatever you do keep my name out of it so I can continue my "undercover" efforts. I'd suggest not emailing these guys yet if we don't have a plan of action, if you do let me know what you email them.

Although I don't think it matters at this point, I got whatever info I needed from them. I seriously doubt they will be able to come up with more ways to hack.
This guy probably gets the message at this point that we are on to his shenanigans.
He will either get bored and stop or he will feed off of the attention and keep at it. That's how it went down in my quake, halo and minecraft communities. But those games had better admin support to begin with.
That's about it. Sorry for the wall of text but I hope it was interesting at least.
