To start i'm going to give you some scenarios, at any time you can ask for additional information or anything else that you see fit.
A new player joins with the character name "Leonardo Dicaprio" , a bald 30 year old assistant. Our records show their account is 2 days old. What do you do?

Seeing how they appear to be new, I explain to them that character names with celebrity/character names from other fictions aren't allowed and instruct them to go to cryo so they can respawn with a proper name

As soon as you contact them, they begin to act agressive, and start to spam over radio, "I'm a griefer, you should grief too, RP sucks." and so on. You are the only staff on at the time to deal with it.

I'd wind them before they do too much damage explain to them the punishment they are about to receive (provided they haven't logged out by then) and dole out the recomended punishment for griefers

You get an ahelp from a player saying that they have been permabrigged for no reason. What do you do?

I respond by asking them who did it, is who put them in an antag with poor/opaque RP or a non antag?

It appears that the warden or one of the officers detained them. They state that they were sitting at the desk at the engineering desk AFK and didn't see who arrested them. Neither the person or the two security appear to be antags .(edited)

I remind the offending player that AFK players should be brought to cryo or left alone, then insist that the player be released. Would this be eligible for a note on the offending player's account?(edited)

Alright, next question.
Suddenly a bunch of Modlogs appear about two guys shooting eachother. You recognize one as being a regular player, but you don't really know this player that well. It looks like they're shooting at eachother with lethal weapons, but you were in the lobby so you don't have much else information on the situation. There are no other mods or staff on at the time.

I check who is an antag, if there were any that round, from the lobby. If not there I pop in as an observer and check. Was atleast one of them an antag?

Neither of them are antags, the player your are not familiar with has an account of 0 days old for the server aswell.

The other guy has an account of 0 days, not the guy that you have seen before.
And the player with 0 days and the other player are making numerous attack logs back and forth. (I.E they are attacking eachother)(edited)

Better it be confusing now than in game where the logs will be scrolling up everything else. Provided the action is still ongoing, I wind the player with zero days and bwoink the regular asking them what provoked the battle.

The player you know states that he wasn't sure what was happening, and that he was randomly attacked, they state they were just defending themself. The 0 day old account player disconnects without a word as soon as they are winded.

Then I place a permaban on the 0 day account player and does the character of the player I know have life threatening injuries/synthetic parts?

Less broken Nanacode Make more objects constructable. ie Polaris' building capabilities. It gives more for engineering to do besides make weapons and gives other departments added convenience
