  1. [00:53] The dispassionate agent moved lethargically, rarely deflecting any blows against her.
  2.
  3. The time ripples quaked against her body, to the point of causing tears against all of her, and yet, she found no solace.
  4.
  5. She has found little motivation for continuing the fight in full earnest after a while, and ate up attacks swiftly in the second round, until she knelt down on all fours, and coughed up blood.
  6.
  7. She's all but forgotten why she fights. She isn't even of the Rhyorish Blood, but she clings on.
  8.
  9. Regina walks up, and takes her javelin to weakly press its tip against the cold armor of the giant.
  10.
  11. "They were right, I'm better off dead."
  12. (Regina Vati)

  14.
  15. [00:53] Raven whispers something.
  16. [00:53] Raven whispers something.
  17. [00:53] Raven whispers something.
  18. [00:54] Raven whispers something.
  19. [00:58] It wasn't difficult in the least for them to deal with Regina, though a few solid hits were placed upon his body by rocks...It did little. So when he knocked them down, watched them cough up blood and listens he stares down upon Regina.
  20.
  21. A tip may be upon his armour, but the brute knew it could do nothing, "They were right, you might just be better off dead." As they spoke, the thought of the recent stronghold attack filled their mind and sharp yellow eyes glared.
  22.
  23. "Shall I finish you off right now then? I do promise for it to be painless." There was no remorse in his voice, it was very obvious that they would follow through with their offer.
  24. (Ygor)
  25. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  26.
  27. [01:03] The agent continues to press against the armor, her spear eventually shattering in her hands. She calmly shook her head, kneeling down on the ground.
  28.
  29. She takes off her mask, and looks up at the big behemoth.
  30.
  31. She isn't sure of how she feels, not after news of the recent loss. She doesn't want to give up, but she doesn't see how to climb up from this setback.
  32.
  33. "... Ygor."
  34. (Regina Vati)
  35. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  36.
  37. [01:03] Regina Vati says, "Tell me your story before you do."
  38. [01:10] The broken dagger was raised up, "If that is your choice." Timeforce was slowly focusing around their body, the end of their dagger releasing constant small expulsions of it in every direction. Whatever he was doing with it, it would be something amazing at the end of it all.
  39.
  40. "I was raised within the walls, born with a big body with a slow mind, a 'very' slow mind." Boldly they spoke, their voice strong and powerful, "Upon reaching the age of fourteen, my family found no ability to keep me, as the Rhoynish war had just ended and my father was very much Rhoynish. It left our family without the ability to survive, all abilities to gain money down...So they had to cut down on people eating, starting with me, the dull-minded child." Slowly his blade began moving, the force upon it compressing with every extra inch.
  41.
  42. "Sent to the slums, I could barely survive with my slow mind...It was only after Crane took me in, gave me a teacher did my mind clear, could I actually think like a normal person, even better." By now the blade was upon them, unless they actively went resisted or moved away...Their blade was very much going to kill Regina.
  43.
  44. "The rest is history, of me indebted to the Syndicate, putting myself into it, to cause change. To fix that which tried to kill me."
  45. (Ygor)
  46. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  47.
  48. [01:26] The small story of Ygor's life turned the agent's face from death's door, as she widened her eyes, and stood. Her eyes were not wide and alert from fear, nor from anger.
  49.
  50. She wanted to cry.
  51.
  52. A bittersweet memory came along, of that day the First Light banished her old alias. She may not have anywhere near the same pretenses as Ygor nor the rest, but she understood one feeling well.
  53.
  54. Abandonment.
  55.
  56. She rushes into Ygor's chest with a hug, and with all that neoteny that was her tiny body, cried like a child.
  57.
  58. She cries and cries, her tears forming blotches of mud underneath them.
  59.
  60. She cries out, with all her sobbing and tears: "I want to make people like you happy. People who deserve to have better, because they have been hurt. I want to be a tool to that end, I want to be part of that world where you and... people like you, are happy."
  61.
  62. She calms down her sobbing, and spoke a little more clearly: "I don't want to be like them, who care for good because some thing in the sky told them it is. I want to care."
  63.
  64. She stops crying entirely.
  65.
  66. She says, calmly, almost stoically so.
  67.
  68. "I remember now. You can choose to do whatever."
  69.
  70. She was quite aware of the waste of time that was. After all, she could have been mining or collecting potion reagents.
  71. (Regina Vati)
  72. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  73.
  74. [01:28] Mink Fox says, "Ygor."
  75. [01:33] Their blade stopped, for only a brief moment, hovering as the woman jumped into his chest crying. Yet even as they listened, only a small falsetto smile is given. It's one that Ygor was used to making, the look that 'Stein' had showed to so many.
  76.
  77. It was the disguise that hid his true emotions, his true self. Yet it was precisely his true self that was 'here', not having to be hidden...And this act, the crying, all of that left him...Uncaring.
  78.
  79. Heartless as the man was, the dagger immediately kept upon its path.
  80.
  81. "It will...Be painless." Though their voice was filled with kindness, that moment when the knife covered in timeforce stabbed into their back was not.
  82.
  83. In that instant, the girl would feel...Nothing, instead time would accelerate on the defenseless magis body.
  84.
  85. So many years, happening in so little time. Skin would wrinkle, hair would dry up, their youthful beauty replaced by what they would have looked like old. In all of it however? There was no pain, only a sense of sleepiness, possibly reminiscent of what one felt like after crying as they had.
  86.
  87. Then darkness, sleep overtaking them for their final breath.
  88. (Ygor)
  89. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  90.
  91. [01:35] {Item} Picked up a bag of 475 dropped by Regina Vati.
  92. [01:37] {Item} You picked up Plague - Helm. Dropped by Regina Vati. .
  93. [01:38] {Item} You drop Plague - Helm.
  94. [01:38] Mink walks into the room to find Stein pressing his blade into Regina's back. Her eyes are wide and with a sudden lunge forward she sends her hand at him. The blood in Stein's system would freeze up, and she would attempt to pull at his chest in order to pull him away from the girl and keep her from taking a fatal blow.
  95.
  96. "What are you doing?!" She asks, knowing full well that she couldn't stop his metal arm by stopping his mucles, and needed to resort to more drastic measures, exerting as much power as she could in as little a time frame as possible.
  97. (Mink Fox)
