12:19] Bali returned with the few ores he managed to collect, and a new shiny medic badge attached to his panda backpack.

"Good evening father, and Rhyme master Rigs. I did my runs for the time being and I finished my dagger. I'm just waiting for the magic to set in, but I was wonder..."

He looks up at them with a sparkle in his eye.

"If I'm really to become part of the mire; I want to learn about mother Nyx and how I can go about praising her. It seems just me being here is already producing blessings, so its only right that I honor her, no?"

[12:30] It appeared that there was a lack of communication between the forces within the Shadowmire about how they should explain the rules of the Nightmother. There was so much that he could say, yet there were words that needed to play.

"The Mother of the night, I guess you're in for some delight because I will give you the sight. This will either give you might or a reason to fight, let that be your plight." thus he would dig into his pockets looking for something special, something that could assist with this painful moment where he needed to explain the cult.

A little red fire crystal was pulled from his pocket, it would have to do. "They call it the faith of the gentle dark, let that be the spark. We worship Nyx, else we pick up sticks. Typically you would learn form the blood mistress, but perhaps I should take some business." indeed he was merely prolonging this because he needed to take up the mantle of King and Orator in the presence of this boy.

"Our mother is the one that will smother. She is the primordial of darkness, not one of starkness. Her love is the glove that will give us a shove, without her we never would stir.." there was a part that he was missing...

"The whispers in the night that fill you with delight, those are the Queen looking to sheen. Do you ever hear? They might fill you with fear but they steer." this was a good place to start.

[12:37] The two most powerful entities in the Shadow's realm stood at the top of the temple in the middle of the mire. Sachiko has been trying to gain a feel for his new mutant arm. "What do you think about the new arm, Rig? We dug up a mutant, removed its limb, and attached it to me." As someone else's perspective was dragged onto his, he laughed.

During one of his many expeditions, his youngster had returned with a nice knife and what appeared to be a doctor badge on the back of his panda-pack. Amazing...

Sachiko's face lit up with a warm smile as he watched his Son work miracles.

"Bali, you are making your father pleased by becoming a medic those who have fallen victim or were a little too reckless while devouring their enemy you can help. In the near future, wonderful things will happen if you keep up your efforts." Gratifying and thanking his son Sachiko bowed his head.

"It's funny that you bring it up. I'm going to pay mother a visit in the depths of the mire and give her a piece of my mind. She's with us right now, talking and guiding us back to her, as you can see from where you're standing. It's important that you take time to meditate so that you can comprehend your bad feelings and the beauty that lies inside them."

[12:44] Bali took the mix of things from the both of them to come up with his only conclusion. He could understand what made Nyx important to the residents of the mire.

"Hmm. I know I won't be attempting any flight, and when I have my feet stable I'll be right to right."

Bali already had his tiny artificer hands within the mire, and he's slowly getting better with each passing moment.

"I thank you both for accepting me, and Nyx for allowing her blessings to shine over me. I'll be sure to bring an offering to our mother once I'm properly suited for the task."

Bali looks towards his father, a warm smile present on his features.

"I have you to thank you for believing in me and giving me the tools to be great, so I won't let you down. I'll become stronger, and better with my craft to help our brothers and sisters.

No longer will they have to wait for medic treatment, and they'll be on the prowl once again."

Bali chuckled that his methods of healing people were a lot different, but he blamed the lack of teaching. They allowed a child to run around with a medic book and slap disinfected on people's wounds.

Nothing good could come from this.
