[FFXIV] Low Camera Angle Issue on Area Change

Under certain circumstances, the camera angle will be low, and looking toward a high place when switching areas. This cannot be resolved through any setting, and will force the user to quit the client* or re-install completely to rectify the issue.

* This has been now confirmed (quitting the client) that this does not rectify the issue.
