  1. Improve the fbi:
  2. I'll be honest here, I gave up on FBI. There was no real effective structure in place. You could say, as many did, it was a donator department so there's no possible way to control the quality of it. Which is what I call an excuse, and which is what I want to change. I want to stop the currently misguided attitude of FBI that just because they pay twenty USD they can run around and act like commanders and tactical units to PD. The is not what the FBI is about, I want to restore the core principle of the FBI, to investigate. Right now much of the FBI act like super-cops, going call to call, or when they do undercover work they sometimes cop-bait without consequence or minge. I want to take it upon myself to create inside of the sop a guide to being undercover, and how to properly do stings. I also want to create a guide on how to investigate crimes, and take reports. Because currently the sop is a few pages and is the vaguest SOP on Gaminglight. But above all I want enforcement. We should not have the reputation we currently have. Much of the server see the FBI as a joke, and I want to change that. If members of the FBI minge, or break the SOP, I want to start taking action. I also want to greatly increase structure. I want to assign agents to different families, and different functions within the FBI, to create realism. Not the current "Assign Your Own Undercover Assignment" system. I believe that I will effectively execute the office of DCOS, and restore the order, restore the reputation, and restore the roleplay of the FBI.

  4. Why should you be DCOS
  5. When I saw on the forums that there was a new Director, I immediately put that I was excited about the future, and it is true, I am. I will speak about the whale in the room. I am only an SA, although I have been in the FBI since January of this year. As I said above I gave up, and I'm not ashamed, to be honest about that. The lack of roleplay and realism to the job drove me away. My closest experience to FBI is Secret Service, which I stopped playing FBI when I saw the realism and roleplay in SS. I worked up to Supervisory Command, and I hope I can supplement that for some of my lack of recent FBI playtime. Th3 and Mikedagamer of SS high command if needed can vouch for my leadership and serious roleplay skills. I know I may appear as a risk because of that, but I assure you I should be DCOS to do all that I have described in my plan for the FBI above.

  7. I have the time to dedicate to the FBI. Most commands on Gaminglight are a command in a whole bunch of other departments. However, I will dedicate all of my possible time and resources to improving the department, because I am truly excited and confident in the future of the FBI. I have been saying for months I believe a more active leadership structure is needed within the FBI, and I believe that I am that active leader. I will use the examples of the previous holders of the rank and will use those examples, sometimes a good example, sometimes a bad one to successfully execute the office of DCOS. I believe that I am the best fit, and I know that I may be seen as a risk, the question is, will you take a chance on me?
