Mickey & Brooms Usage Guide!

Here we now have the "Fantasia Mickey Ver. B" medal. Aka: Mickey & Brooms! (M&B for short.) This glorious medal adds one orb towards a medals Special Attack Bonus! (Aka: Guilt.)  Now this is extremely valuable as you can guess. The ability to go towards a medals guilt is amazing! However, the medal itself is rare. You'll need five brooms to even build one M&B.
Now that the basics are done you'll end up asking; "What medal should I use my M&B on?”.

Rule 1: Never use an M&B on a tier 3 Guilt or lower medal! There's almost no justification or scenario that M&B should ever be used on one. Boosted? No. HSC medal you'll never see again? No. Why not? Because almost all tier 3 Guilt medals just simply can't keep up against tier 4 or 5 medals. Not just because of their guilt tier, but because of their abilities. Tier 4 and 5 medals effects (Buffs/Debuffs/Other) are just simply better! Very rarely does a tier 3 ever hold up in the meta against Tier 4 or 5.
Rule 2: Do not use an M&B without immediate results! Did you pull a 3 orbed premium that you really want to Guilt and you want it to be your first priority? Don't use your M&B right away if you don't have enough for Guilt yet. Even if you're 100% sure you're gonna Guilt that medal first with your future M&B, just don't. You never know what might happen in between the time you get those other M&B's and now. You might just get something even more amazing that should take priority, or you might even need to use one to get higher in Coli/HSC. It won't hurt you to save and make the right decision. Basically don't be impatient and please wait. You might end up regretting it otherwise...

Rule 3: Be extremely careful using M&B to reroll! Some people will use them to reroll their tier 4 or 5 medals. If your chances are good then it may be worth a try. However, know that RNG can and will be against us at times. You may reroll and get that exact same percentage. Also consider if rerolling is worth it. Saving for the chance to guilt another medal may be smarter. A tier 4 or 5 at the lowest percentage is still extremely strong! May not be at its best performance, but strong nonetheless. Plus Magic Mirrors exist! They're somewhat plentiful and can fix medals with low guilt. Having a full team of guilted medals (Excluding Buffers/Debuffers.) at low percentage is better than having one good damager at max guilt.
