Felix Martinez backstory

Felix Martinez was one of the few things illegal in Bakunin: a "pleasure slave", who had experimental rejuvenating procedures imposed on him against his will. After the slaver ring was busted by an undercover Chimera operative, Felix had nowhere to go. He was however so impressed by the Moderator action that he became dead-set on joining the force.

Despite his stunted body, Felix managed to become a Moderator. He turned out to be a resourceful and charismatic agent, very useful in undercover operations similar to the one that freed him. Very good at recognizing objectives and staying low as well as taking advantage of his unintimidating appearance, officer Martinez was noticed by the Black Hand. He was trained as a highly skilled recon agent and assassin, becoming one of the Vortex Spec-Ops.

Later biomods were his own idea. After meeting with a very capable Corregidor Daktari that sported cat ears and a tail, as well as typical Corregidor attitude, he wanted to evoke her badassery. Sometimes when he's stressed he tries to chant her healing mantra to himself, although he has no idea what those strange words mean.
