As the banner itself had said. All those rules do still apply. Yes signups do close on the 24th of December. This gives you 14 days to do that. I had scheduled the actual tour to start 3 days after Christmas, just so everyone is finished with their family stuff.

Wes will make an entirely new thread for match ups, as he volunteered to me last night to do this. So I'm doing the first bit, he's doing the last.
