For the rest of this turn, monsters you control cannot attack, except Synchro Monsters or monsters that are both WATER and Fiend.

You can shuffle this card from the GY into your Deck and target 1 WATER Fiend Synchro Monster you control: It becomes a Tuner this turn. You can only use each effect of "Delta Deep - Drown Lusca" once per turn.

When an opponent's card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can make the effect become "Take 900 damage." You can use this effect a number of times in a turn, up to the number of "Three Points of the Delta Deep" on the field (max. 3).
