No, a family of nigs tried this when I was managing rental properties in San Diego. I just hired some Mexicans for ~$600 and gave them the key and written permission to be on the premises for "renovations". I later heard from neighbors that they showed up in a van wearing painter masks and coveralls, walked in through the back gate, bagged up the nigglets in the backyard, cracked the head of the screaming sheboon who came running with a bat, and dumped them in the back of the van with a few blasts of pepperspray before driving off. Few hours later, they came back, emptied the place, repainted everything and changed the locks before the buck nig got home. Who then got arrested when he tried to break back in because I was there waiting and called the cops as soon as he broke a window.

An eviction hearing woulda taken months and cost thousands in legal fees. These guys got it done in less than 12hrs. No legal repercussions, nig was convicted and took a plea bargain because I had pics of the newly painted empty apartment and he had priors. Neighbors were all Mexicans and vouched that they never seen him before. Dunno if the rest of his family were still alive or knew what happened to him. Don't care.
