  1. Efficiency comes in many forms. Isk efficiency, Time efficiency, etc... the one efficiency we all tend to forget about is effort efficiency. Military is expending an unreasonable amount of resources right now to save Rorqs that get tackled and effective immediately we are instituting mandatory wartime mining procedures for Rorqs. If you do not follow this process, military is explicitly forbidden from forming fleets to save you, so read below if you don't want your Rorq to die awkwardly in a ball of fire. The idea behind this procedure is to sacrifice a small amount of isk efficiency and force miners into the same anoms so that they can collectively haze smaller whaling gangs without needing alliance support. If there is a whaling gang large enough to fight 10+ rorqs holding a grid, then the alliance will come save you as normal as long as you follow the procedure below.
  2.
  3. Wartime mandates that clone/effort efficiency > isk efficiency; Here's how we're going to do it:
  4.
  5. FLEET ADVERT STANDARDIZATION:
  6.
  7. Fleet Adverts must be up at all times.
  8. If there is no mining fleet up, make a mining fleet and open it only to the alliance (no blues). Call it "TEST Rorq Fleet Please Ignore"
  9. If there is a mining fleet up, but the boss is afk and there is not an advert up, make a new one and have everyone migrate to it.
  10.
  11. FLEET GROUP STANDARDIZATION:
  12.
  13. When you join a fleet, you must move your Rorq to where a group is.
  14. You may only split your group when it reaches more than 20 Rorqs
  15. If your group ever drops below 10 Rorqs, you must merge your group into other groups, or have another group larger than 10 split off members into your group.
  16.
  17. FLEET LOCATION STANDARDIZATION:
  18.
  19. You may only start a mining group in the following constellations (if it gets too crowded, we will open more later)
  20. http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Esoteria/3WN-1T
  21. http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Esoteria/JSZ-X6
  22. You must exhaust the Colossal and Enormous before moving on to a new system (if it gets too crowded we may require clearing the large as well)
  23.
  24. FLEET READYNESS CHECKLIST:
  25.
  26. Be on Mumble
  27. Be on jabber
  28. Have a wetu mobile depot
  29. Have capital remote shield reps if you can use them
  30. Have combat drones, and have many many many many flights of them
  31. Sentries > Heavies > Medium > Light
  32. Have a panic module
  33. HAVE A FUCKING CYNO
  34. I hear cool kids carry liquid ozone too
  35.
  36. SOMEBODY GOT TAKCLED WUT DO?
  37.
  38. Your wetu should already be out, put your mining drones in it
  39. If you cannot tank their gang, siege red so you can get remote reps from incoming FAX
  40. Find an FC, explain what is going on
  41. Do NOT panic unless told to by an FC or you are reaching dire levels of cap/hp
  42. Shooting order until an FC tells you otherwise
  43. Cyno Inhibs > Dictors > Hictors > Point Tackle > Logi > DPS
  44.
  45.
  46.
  47. Example daily workflow:
  48.
  49. Miner 1 notices there is no fleet up, makes the mining standing fleet and advertises it. He starts mining somewhere that we designate as a valid starting system.
  50. Miners 2-15 notice there is a fleet, join the fleet, and jump their rorqs to wherever the first person is mining and join him
  51. Miner 16 notices there is a fleet, decides that rules are gay and mines elsewhere
  52. Miner 17-21 notice there is a fleet, join the fleet, and jump their rorqs to wherever the group is mining and join him
  53. Miner 22 notices there is a fleet, joins the fleet and sees that there are already 20 rorqs in the first anom, he invites half the rorqs to join him in a new mining anom
  54. There are now 2 anoms with 10-11 rorqs each, and 1 retard off by himself being "efficient"
  55. A 20 man whaling gang comes in, finds the smaller 10 rorq gang and welps to dropped sentries
  56. Another 20 man whaling gang comes in, decides they cannot kill 10 rorqs, and go hunting for smaller targets. He finds miner 16 and miner 16 calls for help. The alliance calls him a faggot and lets him die.
  57. Miners 23-30 notice there is a fleet, and select whichever of the two 10 man groups they want to go to and start filling out the groups.
  58. A 70 man whaling gang comes in in 100mn legions, and attacks a group of 15 rorqs. They call for help, and the alliance bridges a cane fleet from D-P to save them.
  59. later in the day, a large USTZ corp goes to bed and drops the 11 man group down to 4. The 4 rorq pilots DO NOT finish the anom they are in, instead they finish out their siege cycles and immediately jump to the other group of 10, making a single group of 14 instead of two groups of 10 and 4.
