ive been raising hell on the server for the past day now and ive noticed an incredible amount of leway the admins on the server give, idk if you tell them not to warn people that donate but there is a handfull of staff members that dont do shit for punishments
i tried to post it in the discord earlier hopin a higher up would hop on but nothing and it kept continuing, idk if u care or not but it looks really bad when a staff member lets somebody who rdm in a sit and false demote while having 6+ days on the server go scott free

the staff dont care if you donated or not, and in fairness i love the support but i dont really care much either, we are nice to donators because they support us.

they get banned if they deserve it, orbital was taught to give chances like I said. This server is different, I get you and your friends want to have fun and bend the rules and shit- but theres a different side to it you clearly dont see. there are people who greatly benefit from those talks from them.
there are people who have joined to massrdm and stayed for weeks.
I don't know the exact situation but it seems like you are used to a certain type of staffing.

its cool dude, I enjoy your feedback, I unfortunately am not going to change how staff are trained because you are used to rainrp staff methods, this has worked for a year+ now. If your friends want to go play on another server with strict staff and get banned, feel free to do so!
