Dun Deal Tier 1.7

Important Information:
The DDT is now it's own tier. DDT will be an adapted version of NU, just like PU, with the major changes being:
- There are a few higher tier Pokemon to play around with, to keep the balance against Fairy-types;
- There are also some XY Pokemon in this tier, which we are obviously still testing to see if they are overpowered
or not. It's all still in the baby steps, so we shall see how the tier turns out!

Official movepools have been confirmed! Check Serebii for these, as Pokemon Showdown still has to update the movepools: http://www.serebii.net/xy/centralpokedex.shtml Please let me know on Twitter @DunDealShowdown if there are any more updates on movepools, it's hard to keep track of everything.

Notifications:
NEW: Hawlucha is being suspect-tested. Power-Up Punch with a Fighting Gem to raise it's Attack coupled with Unburden, and it's great typing aswell? Yeah, Hawlucha is suspicious.

NEW: Mega Evolutions are banned until further notice. I have no idea what to do with them, so until I figure out a way, they're not allowed to be used.

NEW: Cryogonal, Emboar, Qwilfish and Xatu have been added to the tier! These are all pretty big threats in their own way, so be sure to try them out against the relentless clan that is NU.
