Terms of Service (TOS)



By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:



General

• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

• I create lewd and adult-themed artwork but will strictly adhere to ethical and legal boundaries.

• I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or violates these terms.



What I Will Create

• Fantasy, sci-fi, and other fictional characters.

• Original characters (OCs) and custom designs.

• Lewd, NSFW, and explicit adult themes.

• Fetish content (on a case-by-case basis, ask for clarification).

• Any creative idea that complies with the guidelines below.



What I Will NOT Create

• Content involving minors, age regression, or similar themes.

• Illegal content.

• Anything that violates the terms of the payment platform or hosting services.



Payment

• Payment is required upfront via PayPal or another agreed-upon method.

• For commissions under $50: Full payment is required upfront.

• For commissions $50 or more: 50% is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

• No refunds will be issued once work has begun, unless I am unable to complete the piece.



Process

• Provide all necessary details and references via email or Discord.

• You are entitled to 2 minor revisions for free; additional revisions will incur extra charges.

• Estimated completion time will vary depending on the complexity of the commission. Regular updates will be provided.



Privacy

• All communications and transactions are private.

• Commissioned work will not be shared publicly without your permission.



By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of the commission or refusal of future requests.
