  1. Hey everyone and welcome to another XIM Tutorial,
  2.
  3. In the last few weeks I received lots of messages to make a crouch spamming tutorial for Rainbow Six Siege. And in the following video I will show you exactly how to do that. Here you can see a clip of what I’m talking about. It will work with any mouse and you will ALSO be able to adjust the speed at which you will crouch.
  4.
  5. Now here is what you have to do. Go into your current Rainbow Six Siege config and scroll down to the button bindings. Switch into the secondary button bindings and assign your crouch action to the scroll up or scroll down button. I will use the scroll down button. You can of course also use a different button for this trick, but in my opinion the scrolling input of a mouse is overall the best binding for this trick.
  6.
  7. Next you have to swipe into a new sub config. Activate it by pressing the enable box and assign your crouch spam button to the activation key. After that expand the advanced settings right below. Set the delay value to 20 milliseconds. Once that is done you can scroll down and change your sensitivity options. Copy all your HIP settings here, my HIP sensitivity is 50, and my synchronization is default. Also make sure that your translator mode is set to HIP. You can find that option at the bottom of your sensitivity settings.
  8. At last untick the inherit box at the top and scroll down to the button bindings. In the secondary button bindings you will now have to remove your new crouch spam key.
  9.
  10. Now lets cover the second part of the trick, which of course requires another sub config.
  11. So head into a new sub config by swiping one more time to the right. Press the enable box and bind your crouch spam button as its activation key. But this time you will use a different delay value. Go with 40 instead of 20.
  12. After that you have to change your sensitivity options again, so that the match your HIP settings. Just like before, my sensitivity has to be 50 and my synchronization is default. At last you have to verify that your translator mode is set to HIP. You can now save your config and try it out in Rainbow Six Siege.
  13.
  14. So when I now want to taunt an enemy, or just crouch spam while reloading, I will just have to scroll down on my mouse. For as long as I’m scrolling my character will continue to crouch up and down at an incredible speed. I could even do it faster by reducing the two delay values, but in my opinion anything faster doesn’t really offer any tactical advantages anymore.
