- Step 1: GET THE DOXES

- Call a Number.
- Press 2-1-2 on the dialpad.
- Say that you are from the In-house team in Redmond, Washington and are doing a call back on a gamertag.
- Say your CCF ( Customer Care Framework) isn't working,
- and when you try to pull up the Gamertag all the information shows up as blocks.
- Ask them to try to pull up the Gamertag to see if it happens to them.
- If they ask for the customers problem tell them that he has forgotten his email and needs to recover his
- Gamertag.
- First ask if you can try to pull up the Gamertag by the phone number on the account to see if it will fix the
- problem.
- They will either give the phone number or say no.
- DO NOT SWEAR AT THEM IF THEY DO NOT GIVE INFO, THIS WILL GET THE METHOD PATCHED.
- If they say no, say “Alright thanks for your help, have a nice shift"
- If they give the number, tell them you will try to pull it up. (Wait around 30 seconds)
- While you are waiting ask for the customer’s name, because you usually get it by pulling up the account.
- Tell them the phone number did not solve the problem, and you would like to try with the Live ID.
- Say you will try to pull it up. (Wait another 30 Seconds)
- Say that didn't work so you'll just need to verify with the customer his address to give his Live ID for the
- account.
- You're done.
- Note: If you get info, but them the agent won’t give other info,
- Call again and say you only have that info and the rest is showing up as blocks.
- FOR ALTERNATE/CONTACT:
- Go to m.live.com
- Click forgot password
- Put the live id in and type in the code.
- If there is a alt email it will say you can send it to it.
- Just view the page source and the emails will be right here <input type="hidden" name="__V_EmailList"
