  1. To a lot of older people, knowing anything about computers is akin to knowing how to build robots or some shit

  3. At work there was this woman who I helped with her iPhone once(it was literally just doing a hard reset) and she stared coming to me with all her stuff, and even asked me to help her pick out a mac for her grandkids or something.
  4. I was helping her and these other older women were like "Why are you working here if you know that much about computers?"

  6. and i didnt really do anything

  8. It's just a generational gap in skill

  10. Kind of like how in twenty years, and already a little now, knowing how to fix a car engine will be fringe knowledge

  12. My because thirty years ago, cars broke down constantly

  14. If you didnt know a little about your car, you probably werent gonna be able to get around much
