so, kwon tells mc how he got out of work/situation on his own feet/by himself/not fired or forced. soyun kinda tells him how, that sounds right and he or she wasn't fired. he explains more, how he wasn't that much into it/shady group? but he tried to run away from it, but got caught? from here, banter from soyun about kwon doing stuff during /for that shady group and prbly ..the prostitution thingy and how he prbly liked it. some narration from mc about kown having his mind all made up, for what he does now and how he's glad he didn't tell him stuff to show his sympathy for him(notsure).

mc asks kwon if it's cause of that video. here, either kwon tells him how it wasn't out of revenge, but it was his last job there(perhaps about being bmed or him ..doing some outing? notsure) and how he also is responsible for helping the shadow group. he says how he feels good now and soyun agrees with that. mc thinks how kwon didn't look sad leaving the company, cause he did his work and had soyun there for him. mc thinks how he should be happy that kwon left on a happy note, but still felt sad that dependable people were now leaving. kwon invites mc for drinks on another time and banter from soyun about mc as the manager. narration, how kwon and soyun left the company just like that. mc thinks how nothing changed by those two leaving in his daily life and prbly going back to his 'how he used to be' style and his work life was still the same, but felt time flowing okayish.

rapist asks mc if he's going home and then, if he went home last night, cause of his clothing. mc makes some excuses that confirms it, but then, rapist tells him on a friendly tone(calls him big bro), that he's retiring. mc is all 'what' and rapist tells him how he's leaving and will go start some stuff that he had planned, before it's too late. rapist also tells mc, how he felt like shit before, but now, he feels lighter. mc thinks how rapist laughed/smiled and then disappeared. then, how rapist asked to have a drink with mc on a later time, but he was clueless as to when that might happen. then, how all of them were leaving and going on their own way and then wondering about him, if he'll go too and where to go to.

narration how he started to walk around not going anywhere in particular. seems like he walked all the way to his neighborhood and how, no matter how far he'd go, he'd end up home and that was that. he bitches about climbing the stairs and then how, fmc was out of reach. how he was worried about her and tried to call her, but he couldn't reach her. he thinks how Jay was arrested and his shop was closed, so where did fmc go to. he then wonders about, what he should say to his wife. mc thinks how he had no words for himself and wondered what wife thought about it and what about him, even if that(cheating or fighting) happened and if he expect wife, to be there for him all happily as if nothing happened.

from here, mc reads wife's letter that goes as: she waited for mc to come back, but waited and thought that he wont come home. she vehemently denies cheating on him and tells him how that's not her voice on that sex tape. she tells him how she came back to korea 2 months ago and she's sorry that she lied. how she dropped out of school in canada and was embarrassed to say anything to him/them and she's very sorry about it. how she wont be home by the time he reads this letter and how she did a lot of thinking while they were together and came to a conclusion of her own (divorcing?)and now, it's time for mc to reach a conclusion of his own. wife then tells mc to think about it and once he does that, to contact her by email.

mc thinks how ..divorce papers and how he never thought of divorcing wife. how they were together since they were kids and how everyone told them how they will get married and married they did. how he thought it was fate and they would keep going like that. he then wonders how this situation is smth big, but why is he feeling unimpressed/cold/all calm, about it.

mc questions ex and wants to know why ex is doing that to him. ex trolls mc for being in a hurry here. kinda trolls mc on his rush action here. prbly how it's not in mc's personality to rush things over?(or ..calm down before doing stuff..). then, ex tells mc how he gets it now. then, he reminds him of soyun's family business and how they are also related to the group/shadow group. then, how ex wanted to marry(or married) her family, not soyun herself and decided to break up with her when the time was right. then, how he found a person he really liked and how he also /she, had his child?(hoooo i think here, is about the girl that worked for jay and killed herself while pregnant). ex then asks, how mc knows what happened to him/them and tells mc how he lost everything: his money, his honor, his girlfriend and child and all of it it's because of mc and mc is all 'what'. *(girl and child. i think mc was told about that story in some older chapter ..prbly by ex, or not.)*

from here, ex blames mc for passing by, that time in the wc when he fucked his girl and how mc should have closed his eyes and pretended not to know ex, just for that one time and ex would have had a lot of things: money, honor, his gf, child. here mc grabs ex's neck ..calls him a scumbag and ex shouts 'divorce agreement' and how he knows mc and wife are messed up right now and how mc has the divorce papers in his pocket. how ex will judge mc by that and mc insults him and asks, what is he trying to do and ex goes: it's simple, you too must choose to throw away one of your loved ones. mc asks about that 'choose/select' and thoughts(ex's prbly) how 'choose. wife? or sister in law/fmc?'. tbc...
