Yvara

This is the capital of Rai, and has 3 main subdivisions, and is quite the marvel to behold. It's practically a man-made large scale fortress, save for the fact that the walls leave the outskirts out of it. The inside of it is four different sections essentially split equally, along with the center being a massive palace with walls of its own.

The outskirts are farmland naturally, with the forest beyond that, but then the land of which the outskirts is on is fairly terraced, with perhaps half a mile cliffs between the terraces. All kinds of crops are growing year round on a crop rotation, with the weather being fairly decent for whatever crop they really need. There are some guards to keep the Ominox away, but some still get through and kill some people.

The inside is divided into three different sections.

The Slums - This is where the poor people live, of which is actually the vast majority of the people considering the king is piling high price taxes on top of everyone along with daily beheading of criminals. Takes up about half of the city actually, and has black markets if you know where to look for them.

The Middle - this is sort of the middle class of the city, where the homes are decent and the pay is decent but this is really just where the military live with their families.

The Rich- This is essentially the area surrounding the palace, where nobles are corrupt and like to do pretty terrible things. On their own, or with the king's approval. Essentially, you'll probably be going here pretty frequently with your missions.

And then there's the palace where the king lies with all his riches and corruption.
