- Description: Gilmore crashed his car into a telephone pole and it caught fire. He got out safely and told everyone not to call the police. When he found out that the police had already been called, he began yelling. Terry rode his ATV to see what was going on, then spotted Gilmore with a gun and tried to get away. Gilmore shot him, then ran into the woods.
