Needed a zygarde switch, needed momentum, and needed removal. So it ended up fitting quite nicely. The Evs allowed it to 2hko primarina with multi attack while also 2hko zygarde with ice beam and retain as much bulk as possible

HEATRAN IS A THING. Honestly I wanted it to hit hard and switch into crobat. It seemed like it could do the job well. Toxic/protect for some residual damage on it's counters.
