- Post-SGDQ / Future Speed plans
- SGDQ was amazing. I typically have a bit of social anxiety when being around a ton of people I don't know but everyone I met was absolutely amazing, really made me love the community even more. Being there has also given me a huge spike in motivation to get better times. So pretty pumped to push some of the categories I run as far down as I can.
- My runs actually went pretty well for the most part! Carrie was a deathless run, 3rd try moon card and I got every major skip first try which was sick. Clock tower was kinda ass but no big deal. My only real complaint was that the announcer was muted in my headset so i couldn't hear him say donations. Felt bad about cutting him off a few times :C Henry went pretty well too. Fairly decent run and I got blue platform skip in a run at a marathon which is easily one of the hardest tricks in the game.
- Future Speedplans: For now it's Carrie. And my goal is sub 37. I honestly think I can get a super low 36, but we'll see how runs go! After that? I want to optimize the rest of the categories and bring times down for Cornell and Reinhardt. Cornell probably first.
- So yeah! Probably a lot of Castlevania over at least the next month. After that I'm leaning towards Bomberman 64 so who knows. I have ideas of what I want to run later in the year but I'll talk more about that once I'm there (speed plans tend to change for me over time).
- TL;DR: SGDQ was awesome, people are cool, going to destroy every category of Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness then do other N64 games.
- Love you all!
